King of American Tile Inc

We have used King of American Tile Inc multiple times and have no issues using him again multiple times. Work, clean-up and timeliness is perfect. Price is competitive.

Not good at all. The day before the job, he gave a price to take off the baseboard, but before that he need to remove molding. And he wanted to be paid for additional amount of 200 aside from the 1600 we agreed upon. The workers put a loud blasting music while working. And wants the DP and buy the materials even though i provided the materials. Not providing a time frame for the work and suddenly asking for a payment right away while I'm at work. also installed tiles but without grout. But when he installed the grouting, baseboard has been messed up and damaged. I can't believe he has been rated 5star. they left the door open while my aircon is On for 6hrs. Also not able to provide receipt.

Ruben and Jose did such a great job on are fireplace tile job. The job was done better then we could have hoped for. They cleaned up each day and were always in contact with us Will definitely use again
