Hector did a great job cleaning debris off our second story roof and gutters. We are in Cary, so don't let the Durham address cause you to look elsewhere. He texted before and after photos while he was on the roof, and he was meticulous in cleaning up. He found two small holes in at the eave where an animal had chewed, texted us a picture, and he was able to fix that for us while he was here. His price was very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with his work!

Hector did an amazing job. He was quick to respond and set up an appointment. He came on time and did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning my gutters. I wish I had known he does so many other things as well (pressure washing, cleaning out dryer vents, painting, etc.). I have already passed him name on to some friends and will use him again. I can't recommend him enough!

This was the first time I purchased a deal from King of Clean and I'm very glad I did. The communication was great, the scheduling was easy, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They contacted me right away as soon as I purchased the deal and worked closely with me to schedule a time. They were extremely thorough and cleaned every inch of the house, it was so clean that my wife commented on clean the house was as soon as she got home from work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We agreed on the price and the day and Hector and his crew showed up on time and completed the work effectively and efficiently and even provided before and after pictures showing the results. Gutter cleaning went well. He told us about a hole between the shingles that he patched. However for window cleaning, I strongly recommend to get an estimate ahead of time, so that the customer and provider is on the same page of what constitutes a window and how much will be charged.

Hector Cruz of King of Clean - KOC was able to come to my house on just one day's notice. He and his fellow worker was able to clear out my gutters on a two story house built over a walk-out basement on a sloping yard. Great service as documented by his before and after photos he shared via text messaging. He also was good enough to clear up the mess off my property. I'll be seeing him again for this year's fall season.

It went awesome. Hector was incredibly polite and they even took pictures of the before and after of my gutters. They even helped me block off a vent where a bird was trying to build a nest in my walls. I would totally recommend and will use again. Thank you!!

Hector and team did a great job cleaning the stains off my roof. In the process, he alerted my just prior to starting cleaning that my gutters were clogged. I had them cleaned shortly prior, but he texted me multiple pictures from the roof that clearly showed the need to clean them again (love the use of technology real time!). We quickly agreed a gutter cleaning cost and he proceeded to do both in a very professional manner. Also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would use again - he takes pride in his work.

Our dryer vent was 99% percent clogged. Hector came out accessed our issue and immediately went to work. He managed to dislodge half a grocery bag of lint. Even after it looked like the vent was clear he went back in with his cleaner two more times just to be sure. He is extremely courteous and congenial and cleaned up after the job. Hector is the exact type of service person that you want to hire. I would give more than 5 starts if I could. We will hire him again for additional jobs.

Hector arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters, blowing off the roof and checking the downspouts for possible clogs. Because of so many trees, he suggests a six monthly service. I highly recommend his services.

Not well. I could have sworn I was clear that I needed deep cleaning on all the things I mentioned. I thought the owner/manager understood that when he said the fee would be $140 - $175! I would give an F except for the fact I may have miscommunicated. Anyway, 1 lady came, very nice, on time. She used Scrubbing Bubbles in the bathroom so after she wiped out the sinks, you couldn't tell they had been cleaned. She did not wet the blinds with soapy water to clean (I said they were very dirty). She only dusted them so they still looked dirty after she was done. I especially asked her to pay close attention to the fronts of the kitchen cabinets, which she did not. Didn't wipe the counters off, or the front of the refrigerator or other appliances. I gave her $160 in the end because she did clean the master bath also which wasn't included originally. To top it off, the owner/manager texted me after and asked how it went; I told him it was a surface clean AT BEST. He never responded. "Hector of KOC has contacted me to resolve my concerns; I'll report back with the results."
