One Time Interior House Cleaning
They did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my home. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of time it took to do a very deep cleaning. Unlike chain companies they had no restrictions and were able to clean the top of very tall furniture and cabinets. I'd highly recommend them.

There was only a choice for one time interior house cleaning, but we have been using Kings General Cleaning for more than a decade. You only stay with a service that long if they are outstanding; and they are. They show up, and stay until the job is done to their professional standards. I have been using King General for 6 years. They are wonderful company. They are always punctual and do a terrific job. They answer questions. I had misplaced the manual for my electric oven and they showed me how to clean it and sent me a link to download the manual. They are flexible and, should a situation arise that makes changing an appointment necessary, they are always cooperative. The staff is friendly and thorough and does a great job. KGC is great. They take the time to make sure they know exactly what you need done then the first time they verify with you again as they do the work and after completed. Never a question of how professional they are. I was so pleased we have a set up a repeat clean every month. I would highly recommend Kings General Cleaning LLC to anyone needing a weekly or monthly cleaning or a deep cleaning. They are really good.

Not happy at all. Paid $100 for 1 bedroom 1 bath. Kitchen was not even touched. When I questioned why the answer was “I thought you only wanted the floors mopped “. SMH!! Cleaner was here for one hour! Hard lesson learned!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

"Dear client, At KGC we always take the time to come to your house for a free estimate. During the estimate you requested that only the 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and the floor to be cleaned, while mentioning that the kitchen was always clean. The price quoted reflected the job to be completed. As a bonus, we also dusted the house, cleaned the sliding doors and fans (not included in the quote). After completing the job and while still in the car, preparing to leave, we got your text message asking about the kitchen. Since we were still there, we offered to go back and do any other tasks you needed, and you refused it. During the estimate we agreed on price and job to be performed, so it makes no sense that now you are complaining about the price and amount of work. By the way the cleaner was at the house for a good 2hrs. On what concern punctuality, you said that we could arrive anytime after 12:30pm and we were there at 12:50pm and advised you of our ETA, ahead of time."
