Contacted King’s landscape for yard clean up. Luis was quick to come and estimate the work that needed to be done to satisfy both myself and the HOA. Was in for quite a shock when he stated my palm trees had to be pulled—they were not planted with enough room to grow. I was unhappy with the tall grass like bushes I had growing too so he said he could replace those as well. The estimate was a little higher than what I was hoping. But I was short on time. They were able to come two days later to complete the work. I had to work so I paid them and trusted them to do a good job. I was impressed with how it looked when I returned home. They even took the debris, that was a first for me. Overall, great work — slightly pricey.

First off: If you are thinking about hiring a company for Landscaping, definitely hire King's Landscape and Maintenance for your job. We obtained several estimates for our patio remodel. We decided to hire King's, because we liked Luis and his ideas. We definitely are glad we did. The workers said they would arrive at 7 am, and each time they arrived at the time they told us. The job site was kept clean as possible, and safety was always a consideration. We strongly felt they cared for our property exactly as we do. We love the job they did, and our patio is now an extension of our house. It is very inviting, and peaceful. Thank you Luis and crew! PS ... The dirt line around the patio is where the ground was elevated way too high. Our association will be painting the line, and for now, we just ignore it due to the beauty of the patio!

I had them for 5 or 6 years. They were always good and punctual and everything. Then last year his brother, Croody that came, his service just went all to h#!l. They left my waters, afterwards, some of my plants died and I had to get rid of them. I wouldn't give a D@#! for them anymore. For many years they were good when they came. Then his brother ran me off, then his brother quit and went on his own. From then on, we would call them and say  have you changed waters. They say yea we are checking the waters all the time. We get back and bang, we got our one tree died and several plants were dead because the waters weren't working. So we fired them. When he was good, he was good. At the end, I would give him an F. Price was ok. He was good on responsiveness.

Excellent!  They have performed this work monthly over several years.  In addition <br /> they have assisted in some minor construction projects.  The work has <br /> been done timely and professionally.  We are remote owners and having their servicing the property in Las Vegas has been a source of security.

KING'S HAS ALWAYS DONE EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND MORE THAN WILLING TO ACCEPT OUR REQUESTS TO TRIM MORE OR TRIM LESS AS THE SEASONS PROGRESS. THE YARD IS ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN. WHEN THEY FIND A LEAKING SPRINKLER OR VALVE THEY CONTACT US FOR PERMISSION TO REPAIR IT.

I provided Luis with a design plan stating the plants and sizes I wanted in specific areas for privacy.  A written estimate was agreed upon. Prior to planting, Luis let me know the larger plants available from the nursery at that time were bushier, however were not any taller than the smaller plants.  Knowing taller plants were my preference for privacy but not available, Luis discussed the situation with me.  I opted to replace the bushier plants with something smaller.  Luis adjusted the estimate to reflect the difference.  I greatly appreciated his concern and interest with my goal.  Instead of planting something that would cost me more money yet not meet my expectation/goal, he let me know right away and was able to resolve the situation in spite of it meaning he would be making less money for this job.  Following the planting, Luis made certain the drip heads were functioning and that the watering schedule was appropriate for new planting and time of year.  Luis was easy to contact and punctual.  I would recommend him highly.

Kings owner, Louis, is truly a friend to his clients. One day I was on a hunting trip on an island in Northern Michigan waiting for the ferry. The lake was rough, the ferry wasn't running, and I was afraid I wouldn't make it back to the mainland in time to catch my flight back home to Las Vegas. Then I got a call from the HOA; the fire department had broken down the door to a rental condo and taken away our tenant. "Our security guard is waiting in the unit on overtime pay with the tenant's dog. Please come and take care of it right away." I didn't know what to do, so I called Louis. He dropped everything and went to my unit to make some emergency repairs to the door. He had been prepared to take the dog home if necessary, but the tenant returned.  <br /> <br /> Louis has been extremely conscientious about satisfying my ideas for what I want as an outcome on a project. I have often asked for unique details and he has been very agreeable about redoing something that I'm not ecstatic about. On the other hand, he's also very good about coming up with creative ideas to accomplish a better result than I anticipated.  <br /> <br /> His pricing has always been straightforward and very reasonable. Our jobs for Kings have ranged from $50 to $50,000. He has always been very reasonable. Actually, we feel comfortable in adding items to a project without discussing price because we can trust that we won't be gouged.  <br /> <br /> Kings is a small outfit, so Louis has always been able to personally pay attention to how our project is coming along. He also knows how to find someone to do something that would be outside his area of expertise, e.g., custom building a new door. <br /> <br /> We recommend Kings Landscape and Maintenance to anyone. If I were to build a new home, renovate an apartment building, rejuvenate an apartment that has been damaged or just maintain the landscaping; I'd hire Kings to do it.

Kings landscaping installed our landscaping 10plus years ago. Great job, still maintains it keeps all of it looking great!

I recently contracted with King's Landscaping to fix the landscaping for a home that my wife and I recently purchased. I could not be more happy with the quality of the service. King's Landscaping service exceeded my expectations. The property landscaping was extremely overgrown and overdue for attention. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. We now have a beautiful front and back yard. I also contracted with King's Landscaping for regular maintenance on my property. I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of service from his crew. I would recommend King's Landscaping to everyone. I am a small business owner and pride myself on quality service, honesty and integrity. I believe King's Landscaping possesses all of those traits.

Initially I was using him for landscape maintenance.  Then I mentioned to him at the same time he was doing outside work, I mentioned to him that I had an overflow with a toilet.  He offered to see the damage.  Even though he does not normally do that, he gave me a very good price to install new baseboards and flooring.  He said he would fix the toilet, install the padding and baseboards.  He gave me a price of $200.  I told him that I got a plumber to fix the toilet, so he told me it would be only $100 to fix the problem then.  I paid him $1400 to do this.  He charged me $1100 for labor when he told me it would only be $100.  I am an older person and I think he took advantage of me.  First of all I gave him a down payment of $1400 and then I gave him another check for $750 for this work.  He seemed a nice guy.

They did very excellent work and they are straight forward. They have a real care for work and sometimes go a little beyond what I expect in terms of how well the job is done. They also do the work with kind of a moderate level of specification. They have a licence and everything so he is a good reliable person. His price is reasonable because he does good work and he finishes the work at the price that he quotes. I think he is somebody who has developed tremendously in the last ten years and has done splendidly in business.
