Very nice, very professional men. They're family-owned, they do the service themselves, they don't subcontract out.

Excellent quality, on time, and exceptionally professional. Their punctuality and reliability in starting at 7 am and finishing by 7 PM provide dependable service. Did exactly what they said they would do, replacing about 5 sheets of plywood at no extra cost, plus a few additional items with no change order; they just ate the cost. Set up lights to get it done in one day. Clean-up was perfect, not one piece of paper left behind after pulling off two layers of roofing material and replacing the skylight. Plus, a 30-year GAF warranty. Timberline GAF. Highly recommend, I stayed and watched the whole process, and not one foul word, and no one was smoking. I have been a property manager for 40+ years, a real Estate agent, and a General Contractor. Reasonably priced, also. For the service, I would say excellent price. Giving them all my business. 3-4 roofs per year.

I had a roof leak and decided to replace the whole roof. I obtained roughly 12 estimates. My roof also has 2 flat roofs. Although Kings Roofing was not the cheapest, Ryan was the one who took his time to explain what needed to be done on all parts of the roof. He provided pictures and made diagrams so I would understand what needed to be done. After I chose Kings Roofing, Ryan kept in full contact with emails and phone calls until the job was complete. My leak is fixed; my roof looks amazing and his clean up was thorough. He even painted my generic furnace vents to match my new, beautiful roof, free of charge! He thought of everything! I would highly recommend Ryan, his crew, and Kings Roofing to anyone! Don’t bother with the headache of obtaining ,reviewing and trying to understand bids from other companies. They gave us several good options and worked with us to find the best one. They went above and beyond and even helped us fix other issues at no additional cost. They were quick and did a great job. This family-owned company did a great job replacing my very old roof in the North End! Ryan was very responsive and took the time to explain all the steps, he clearly has lots of expertise in roofing. The team worked hard and had to deal with weather delays and complications with the existing roof, but hung in there and finished as quickly as possible. They even fixed the leaky spot on the mudroom ceiling. They all went above and beyond to replace my roof.

It went great. Of a team that came to do. The roofing were very professional and efficient and cleaned up after it was done. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and certainly will refer KINGS ROOFING and contracting to my family, friends and neighbors.

They were awesome. They asked for a 50% deposit to purchase supplies. Within a few days they were at the house and working on the roof. They provided me with pictures of what they found after removing the roofing from the problem area. Ryan asked me to call him at my convenience. When I called he explained each picture to me and what needed to be done to fix the problem. They purchased extra supplies they found they needed (which they did not charge me for). They began work around 10 am and the job was completed around 7 pm. They provided pictures of the completed project as well. Ryan told me he would be back in a few days to verify everything was okay and put down an additional sealant. I felt they were very professional the whole time. The price was reasonable and did not change from quote to final payment. I would definitely use them again and would refer others to use them.

My Aunt Agnes had a friend over and they almost fell through the floor they originally hired some jack of all trades to fix her floor I guess you get what you pay for. Why hire a jack when you can hire a King. These guys were fantastic they were professional polite and made my aunt feel very comfortable wile they were working in her home. 10 out of 10. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest Contractor.

I heard they were good but that is an understatement. This company displayed customer service from start to finish. Always picked up the phone. Completed the project ahead of schedule. Reasonably priced as well. Very pleased with the results and plan to use them as my go to local contractor.
