The work went very well. King Stucco was recommended by a friend. I had them perform an estimate after having 3 already in hand. Their price was competitive and the main reason I selected them was their punctuality to even come and perform the estimate. They did an excellent job and made some very good recommendations about the stucco when we were deciding on what to do. Very helpful. The work they did was excellent. Worked with Jason and Alex on this. They both did a great job get the project completed. Alex was especially helpful during the entire project. Completely satisfied with the work and the house looks great!

King Stucco installed stucco on an existing home for us and did a terrible job. We had all kinds of issues and eventually had to kick them off of the job and hire another contractor to fix their work. We still have an outstanding issue with the roof that they damaged. Several sections need to be replaced and they won't take care of it. We have tried to get their insurance company to pay for the damages, but they won't process the claim without King Stucco's approval and they refuse to do anything about it. Stay far away from this company and never do business with them. They're always late, if they show up at all, never communicate, some of the worst quality work I have ever seen, and they won't fix the things they do wrong.

Its way beyond what you are saying then what actually happened you call your self professional and over all you guys ask for extra work did not pay anything and any issues you rely on us to fix for free.. this job we did not receive final payment and we performed a lot of extra work in which we also did not get paid for. And you guys are salesman only. You guys do not know anything about stucco or insulation on windows have you ever performed any type of work on stucco your self.? And the list goes on and on also you did not let us return to the job to pick up some of our tools latter scaffolding and planks witch that is also money we lost.. overall bordner installation is a bad company to work with and all the work you guys do is subcontracted. BORDNER INSTALLATION GROUP.."

They did a fantastic job and the house looks GREAT! Jason and Alex were extremely easy to work with and kept to the project timeline. One of the things that impressed me the most was how cleanly the entire worked and the effort they go through to keep the property and surrounding areas clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! The entire crew was courteous and they were always on time. With any old house there are always issues and they were there to help every step of the way and assist me with the additional problems that came up. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job on my house. They even attached my new address sign on my house for me before they left! I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors.

Owner Jason Flores and his crew are without question highly professional and a real pleasure to work with. They completed a beautiful stucco job on our 1972 built formerly wood siding house in 2 1/2 weeks. We got 4 estimates that were all within a few hundred dollars from the lowest to the highest. We chose Jason because of his professional can do attitude. Jason's work force gets the job done as you want it. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product and highly recommend his company.
