I called Mr. Kinzelberg to consult on my computer problem. Everything was done remotely on the phone--he had me install a program which enabled him to diagnose what was going on with my computer. He was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He pointed me in the right direction to solve my problem and gave me the confidence to move forward. I thought the cost for his time was very reasonable.

He remote accessed my computer and cleaned it up. I didn't have to pay anything extra because the work was done in an hour.

Matt was great. Answered all my questions and handled everything skillfully and professionally.  I will call him anytime I have computer problems.

Matt has been a lifesaver for my entire family.  He did all of the work when we first moved into our home setting up the internet system and correcting all of the problems we were having.  He came on time and spent the better part of the day, charging way less than I expected.  He's returned for other issues on a couple of occasions, even figuring out issues with our TV.  <br /> <br /> I'm grateful to have found him and know I no longer have to worry about any internet problems....

First hour spent with Matt remotely getting on my desktop and reviewing what I have.  I seem to have multiple duplicates of many pictures so first step is to move everything to iCloud.  This is running now and may need another day to complete before we can proceed to next step. <br /> <br /> I take a lot of pictures daily with my iPhone 6, and then take more detailed pictures several times a year using Canon T4i.  I recently purchased Panasonic Lumix which is great for vacations where you want small size and features like GPS location attached to picture data file. <br /> <br /> Final goal will be to never have to do this again.

I had tried everything, but could not get the printer and the Mac to recognize each other. <br>Matt was spectacular! <br>A solid 10+. <br>I would most definitely recommend Matt to anyone needing computer assistance. <br>He was available on both Saturday and Sunday!!!! <br>And the fee he charged ($60) was incredibly reasonable considering how much time he spent making this happen. <br>Again...just a spectacular young man with great skills and the most reasonable fees. <br> <br>

Matt is professional, extremely patient and responsive. When we did the latest PC update our computers went haywire. Emails would not sync, no network connection, and the shortcuts on the desktop were non-functioning. Matt was able to connect to both computers remotely and remedied the issues in 90 minutes. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Matt is a very patient, computer consultant for someone who was not raised on computers!  He's got an easygoing manner and does not charge you if he cannot figure out the problem!  The remote service is very convenient for sudden needs and he adjusts his fee when he doesn't have to physically drive to you!  Very handy!

Everything went very well and all my issues were fixed in a timely fashion.  Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional.  He is also very punctual. 

My website software is Word Press.  It is not user friendly.  Matt helped me create folders and uploaded photos.  He has given me several lessons, and I am now comfortable with it, thanks to Matt! <br /> <br /> While at my home, he has also done the following: <br /> -installed security software with updates <br /> -installed a new internal hard drive in my computer <br /> -install software to sync internal & external hard drives, and teach me how to do this <br /> -fix email that was not sending outgoing email <br /> <br /> Matt's knowledge is excellent.  I am glad to know him, I have used him several times in the last 2 years.  He is always my first choice when I need "tech guy" help! <br /> <br />

Matt arrived promptly, and was courteous and very patient with me. I have not had a trustworthy computer tech available to me for the last couple of years, so I had a variety of areas where I needed assistance and instruction. I have worked on a Mac for the last 20+ years, but being a "senior," I am not comfortable trying to intuitively master new computer skills. Matt is a gentleman, dresses in a businesslike fashion, his personality is delightful, and I loved learning from him. His educational background and knowledge of computers are obvious. He works on any computer system and has set up a program whereby he can work on my computer without being physically present, if possible. Matt lives close to my office and home, but is apparently readily available to service a large geographical area. HIs service fee is more than comparable to any other tech service that I have investigated. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Matt to anyone, of any age.

The provider has helped me with products across the board including my IPhone, Apple TV, IPad and  PC computer.  He taught <br /> <br />me how to create playlist, burn cd's, download, copy, move and delete photos from the aforementioned products. Our focus has <br /> <br />been primarily on photography, but along the way I have learned many useful tips to help navigate more efficiently in windows <br /> <br /> saving me lots of time and frustration. The provider has opened me up to a whole world of apps on my IPhone which are fun and <br /> <br />very useful, such as Uber and Shazam. He has helped me understand the basic of Windows, such as arranging and grouping files, saving my searches, maneuvering Windows around the desktop as well as getting things done on the internet. at our last <br /> <br />session he created a file which stores all my passwords. He is always giving me the latest advice on products and creating <br /> <br />shortcuts to make working with Windows and PhotoShop more efficient. I always look forward to what's next while still using <br /> <br />all the skills I've mastered. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

The home visit from Matt was excellent. He was totally professional and approached the repairs in an orderly, organized, and time efficient way. In all instances, he addressed and fixed our problems, explaining everything clearly. Unlike some past computer repair experiences, we did not have to call Matt back in the days after with follow-up questions or issues.

Fabulous. In a matter of a few minutes, he connected directly from his computer to mine, diagnosed the problems, and gave me simple instructions while he watched remotely from his computer to make sure that my Mac and printer were all up and running properly. I didn't have to make a lengthy appointment. He was right there for me --- remotely and I lost no time in generating all the invoices and documentation I needed. It was almost like magic, without my having to put on work clothes or make arrangements for his visit. I trust Matt, and know that he will be there if I have an emergency or even just a dumb question. He is certified and does my IT support on both my Mac and PC, as well as helping me figure things out and options on my I-Phone. He has a great manner, is very presentable, and he is very clear and patient in explaining things to me. I use Matt on a regular basis.

Mr. Kinzelberg is very professional and skilled at technology. He is capable of remedying any problems on my computer/ipad and is always quick in resolving the problems. He is patient and very knowledgeable. I value that he can do all this remotely on my computer so I don't have to wait to get an appointment and have him drive to my office. He saves me much valued time.
