We hired him on the 6th of July, he required a half down, almost $2200.00. He said the job would be done in a week. It took him four days to get the old fence down which he said he would take it down in one day. At this point, he came back to try to dig a hole but ended up hiring a contractor I had working at my house to do it. My contractor dug the holes and then his guys came back out again and get rid of some of the debris. And he texted me saying he got an attorney working for rescission, and I found out that he does not have a contractor's license. He would not return a fair portion of my deposit. And now I am suing him.

I am happy

He started the work last January. He just put in some posts and did not finish it. It's already April and he's still not done with the job. My mother-in-law gave him $1000 deposit and $2000 for the materials and he took all of the materials. We talked to him on the 30th of March and he told us that he would have it done in 4 days. I did not hear back from him since then. Zero communication. He doesn't return my calls. I called him and left voicemails and texted him. I can't get a hold of him. I want a copy of the receipt where he used all of the money for. I want my money back, I want all of my materials and fire him. He is terrible.

The work was excellent, superb job what he did

Everything is going well. He is very careful and thorough. He did a great job. He has done a lot of things for me, a multitude of jobs for me.
