Jessica and Rhonda were terrific communicators, empathetic to our needs and very kind to work with. They were a part of the process from start to finish and made purchasing floors an easy experience. We did have a tad of a hiccup with some cosmetic damage to the floors purchased but our installer Afton was able to use some floor putty to cover that and Jessica and Rhonda were great communicator’s through that as well. Excellent people and helped us out well!
