Working with Contractor Kish has been draining and honestly overwhelming. The project keeps dragging on with almost no real progress, and every delay feels like another setback I shouldn?t have to deal with. The work she does finish is less than mediocre ? nowhere near what she charges for. She doesn?t manage the money right, the funds don?t go where they?re supposed to, and I?m left wondering what I even paid for. It?s stressful watching your budget disappear while the job stays stuck. She doesn?t follow FHA rules, doesn?t communicate clearly, and gets temperamental whenever you ask simple questions. She can?t take criticism, doesn?t take accountability, and turns basic conversations into arguments. It?s exhausting trying to get straight answers or any professionalism at all.I wouldn?t recommend her to anyone. This experience has been nothing but frustration, stress, and disappointment.

Having bad experiences working with other contractors in the past, I was nervous to hire someone else to perform a much needed remodel to my 15 year old bathroom. Thankfully, I’ve come across Kish and she was able to exceed my expectations. She was very thorough throughout the entire process from start to finish and was extremely on point focusing on the details of the finishings I wanted. I received so many compliments from friends and family! I’m looking forward to hiring her to perform my kitchen remodeling next!

It went better than I thought, the assessment went well, but during the walk through, other things were brought to my attention, that I hadn't thought of...I was advised to also address those items over looked and suggestions were given for my consideration, which were excellent additions, that would make my property more valuable than What I was contemplating...I plan on hiring kish construction again for future projects...very satisfied.

Everything was done well and they finished the job on time and did some extra work and cleaned the job site and got rid of all the debris.

I was extremely happy with how my bathroom turned out. It was exactly how i wanted but even better. Thank you so much Kish !
