Kitchen - Remodel
I hired Bob a couple of years ago to do some general repairs to prep a property for sale. He did a fantastic job. So once again I hired him to do some work on a rental property to make repairs to kitchen flooring damaged by the tenant. Once again he has done a brilliant job.

Kitchen - Remodel
Bob and his team completed a small project in our additional unit's kitchen. The unit has not been renovated/touched in ~10 years, and Bob made the sink look brand new! We were incredibly impressed - his updates and inputs are reassuring and extremely professional. Highly recommend for any project around the house, big or small!

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Mr. Kitchell came and repaired my shower that appeared to be leaking due to the apperence of what looked like mildew. Mr. Kitchell inspected the shower and assureed that it wasnt leaking and that it wasnt mildew. He informed me that the grout was not sealed and that he could take of it for me. Mr. Kitchell did as he stated and was very profesional.

Bathroom - Remodel
Mr. Kitchell is very pleasant and professional. He worked with me on my schedule and budget. He commented that he could take the project and complete on time as he needed the work. While he and his team completed the project on schedule, I was disappointed in the outcome of their tile work and the exterior framing of the window they installed for my bathroom update. The framing of the window has gaps, and the tile work in the bathroom shower shows multiple mismeasured tiles, wider grout lines and uneven tile surfaces.
Response from Kitchell Construction
"Thank you for posting this review for us. I am sorry you are not happy with the outcome and I apologize for that. if you had let us finish the project, we would have corrected the issues you posted."

This is the second time I've used Kitchell Construction. Their crew is professional and polite. Bob has always said if his customers are not happy he is not happy and he truly means it. Gazebo or Freestanding Porch - Repair
The carport of my rental house was destroyed by an ice/snow storm. I live about 100 miles away. I called Bob because he has done several jobs for me in the past. I can always trust him to do a good job. He keeps me updated on the work as it progresses and I am always very pleased with the work he does and his prices are always very reasonable. I won't use anyone else.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
This man and his employees are very good, honest people. I had no worry leaving the house for them to work in. The price was very reasonable and Bob wanted to make sure I was happy with his work. I will definitely use him again. Totally recommend him to anyone for any kind of construction or repair work. I also recommend the plumber he uses, we ran into extra work and he was able to get us someone quickly.

While Bob is a definite pro, he is also friendly and very considerate of your needs. I've lived here only a short time, but when in in Arizona, I dealt with nothing but horrible experiences. Bob is a breath of fresh air!

Bathroom - Remodel
Bob was our contractor. He was always on time and stayed a little later just to get a few more things done, a great and hard worker, got the job done in a timely manner, and the job turned out better then I could have ever imagined. Didn’t charge us an outrageous amount either, he even noticed a few other things that was wrong with my bathroom (i had a lose toilet) and told me how to go about fixing that too! Bob had a great attitude the whole time and was very polite and thankful when we made lunch for him.

Job turned out beautifully. This team showed up everyday at the same time until the job was completed and was a joy to work with. Did wonderful quality work. Mr Kitchell was so in tune to my vision. I had a window turned into a french door and some walkways and patio work. I was just so amazed. The team welcomed any questions or feedback that I had. I just can't say enough. I have two or three more home improvement projects ahead and Kitchell Construction will be my first call.
