Kitchen and Bath Shop - Winchester

I am very particular about details, so I probably asked more questions than the average customer during our master bathroom renovation. The PI Kitchen and Bath team was patient with me throughout the entire process. Once demolition started, something unexpected was discovered that needed to be dealt with before they could continue. Obviously that was not something we were excited about, but our project manager explained the situation clearly and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. I would much rather have something handled correctly than hidden just to finish faster. The final result was worth it. The shower and tile work look beautiful, the bathroom feels much larger and brighter, and everything feels solid and well finished. We love our new bathroom.

We hired PI Kitchen and Bath in Winchester to finish our basement and the difference is unbelievable. Before the renovation, it was basically wasted square footage that we rarely used except for storage. We wanted an actual living area where our family could spend time and have guests over. The team helped us plan how to make the best use of the available space and walked us through the different stages of construction. The workers were friendly, worked hard and were good about answering questions when we had them. Now it does not feel like an unfinished basement at all. It feels like we added another usable floor to our house. Our family is already spending a lot more time downstairs, which is probably the best compliment we can give the finished project. Very happy with the work and would use PI Kitchen and Bath again.

We recently had PI Kitchen and Bath Winchester renovate our master bathroom, hall bathroom and downstairs powder room. Taking on three bathrooms at once was a little intimidating, but we?re glad we did it. They helped us choose different materials and finishes for each space without making the house feel mismatched. Our master bathroom got the biggest transformation and is probably my favorite, but even the powder room looks completely different now. The crews were hardworking and respectful, and we appreciated being kept informed as the project moved from one bathroom to the next. There were a lot of details to coordinate with three spaces being renovated, but everything came together beautifully. We are very pleased with all three bathrooms.

Very happy with our kitchen remodel! We had been talking about doing this project forever and finally decided to move forward with PI Kitchen and Bath. There were a lot more decisions involved in remodeling a kitchen than I realized, but everyone was patient with us, especially when we changed our minds on a couple of selections. During construction we did have a problem with one part of the installation. I mentioned it to our project manager and he took care of it quickly and made sure we were happy with the correction. No runaround, which I appreciated. The kitchen came out beautiful. The workmanship looks great and the new layout has made a huge difference in how we use the space. Overall, a really good experience.

We used PI Kitchen and Bath in Winchester for a complete kitchen renovation and had a very good experience. Our kitchen was original to the house and we were ready for a major change, but we were not completely sure what would work best with the space. The design team helped us figure out a layout that gave us more storage and counter space without trying to force things that did not make sense for our home. They also made choosing the cabinets, countertops, backsplash and hardware much easier than I expected. Construction went smoothly and communication was good throughout the project. Most importantly, the finished kitchen looks fantastic. Its brighter, much more functional and finally feels like the kitchen we wanted. We would definitely recommend the Winchester team.
