Kitchen & Bath Design

It was great. I really liked the people. They were very professional.

They were slow in responding and getting out to do the consulation. I thought that they were a little expensive in what I discussed with this provider. I decided to not hire them to do the actual work.

<p>The company was paid basically to do an estimate, something most companies do at no charge. The drawings provided were above what a normal estimate would have included but that is all. The sales person did not introduce themselves, leave a card or ask what our budget was. The provided estimate was vague as to what they were providing for the price.</p> <br />

We were expecting someone to do some design work based on the advertisement “$49 for a Kitchen or Bathroom Design Consultation with 3-D Renderings”.  All they really do is make a digital drawings of what we say.  When the guy came to measure the kitchen we asked about also getting the bath done and he said sure, because they don’t really charge for drawing and estimating the charge was for Angie’s List.

It went very well.  The representative was very professional.  She had good ideas and the visual helped me picture what the room would look like with different cabinets.

The consultation was not acceptable. Based on the deal we thought they would come out measure, discuss what I wanted and then follow up with a 3D design. I wanted the kitchen cabinets done and the floors. When the young man came to my home he said they didn’t do floors at all, he said he was just here to measure and someone would follow up to consult with me later. He didn’t even measure he just took pictures of the kitchen. When I spoke with them on the phone they didn’t know anything about the pictures and they never followed up with a design or suggestions. The experience was not anything like what we anticipated.

The job went great, very fast response and lead time. Employees were very professional and definitely know their stuff. Our new kitchen looks gorgeous.

I was very pleased with how efficient and professional they were.  They promised a date to complete the job and followed through.  All my friends and family that come to visit always comment on how beautiful my kitchen looks.  They always showed up on time, like they had scheduled.  I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a good price, but good quality and beautiful kitchen.

I definitely recommend this company for everybody, they were always on time or before. Price is amazing, half of the quote I got from Home Depot. I love the cabinets and the granite. Thank you guys, hope to do business in the near future.
