Kitchen & Bath Renovations completely remodeled our original master bathroom (1994) from the walls in - removed popcorn from ceiling, stripped wallpaper, textured and painted ceiling and walls, replaced tub, completely rebuilt shower stall, new cabinets and hardware, new toilet, new tile, new fixtures, etc. Along the way, they repaired original toilet installation issues and rebuilt the sub floor. Almost everything was done perfectly, only a few minor issues with items being crooked/unlevel, most of which were corrected. Stan was friendly, accessible, and gave us great guidance. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We are very pleased with the project. Stan and his crew were professional,polite and punctual. A fairly small remodel but we were treated like our job was as important as complete remodels they were also working on. We highly recommend K and B Renovations.

Stan and his crew were easy to work with and were willing to take on additional projects around the house. They were very patient with our sometimes last minute changes. Stan even went out his way to meet us at the flooring store (after Sunday church), to help us make sense of all the crazy choices available. The end result was better quality and less expensive than a larger contracting firm had originally quoted. We were so pleased, that we asked Stan to give us a bid to re-model the kitchen.

Excellent work and we are very happy with the results. Our 1st home project w/ Stan and Jesus was about 3 yrs ago with extensive kitchen remodel, home flooring, and painting. It turned out GREAT! Earlier this year, Stan and Jesus remodeled our 2 bathrooms w/ extensive work in the master - again - the result was GREAT! Working w/ Stan has been a pleasure. Very well. We have had 4 remodeling projects done over the years and Stan is the best contractor we have ever worked with BY FAR. He listens to what you want and offers insight, ideas and suggestions, but the final decision was always ours. It's been 6 months since the work was finished and I still smile everytime I look at my beautiful kitchen. I love it! Stan is trustworthy, dependable, punctual and honest. I have 2 more projects I'm thinking about and when I'm ready, Stan will be who I call. Yes, he's that good.

This is my THIRD time using Stan Roberts for renovation. I first had my carpet replaced with wood floors. And then a kitchen reno and now a bathroom reno. Renovations can be very messy and disruptive and I work with Stan because he is meticulous in the care he gives so to leave your home as clean and in order as possible. And he uses the best of materials and is a perfectionist which is what you want for a renovation. He returns to fix anything not quite right and totally stands by his work. He also is just a good guy with a great laugh. Stan is the best!

We hired Stan to remodel our master bathroom. We interviewed 2 other contractors and decided to go with Stan. Stan was very involved from the beginning. He was informative and guided us through the whole process. Each week, we received an update on the construction progress, schedule, and costs. He was straight forward with all construction issues and worked with us to achieve the desired outcome. His crew was courteous and kept the construction area organized and clean. In the end, everything turned out beautifully. We are very happy with our decision to go with Stan and highly recommend his services.

<p>My wife and I are senior citizens and purchased a small one story townhome. Our hopes were to update certain features to make it a pleasant environment to occupy until we no long can care for ourselves.</p> <p>We hired Bath Kitchen to update cabinets, flooring, replace appliances, etc.</p> <p>The contractor offered a $2,500 discount off the final price provided his employees and subs had access to the property until 9 PM. That condition was fully met by us. When presented an invoice for final payment, even though the work is far from complete, the discount was not applied to the balance. When asked for it to be included Stan Roberts refused to honor the discount.</p> <p>I in no way want to diminish our dissatisfaction with the quality of the work and the unwillingness of Bath Kitchen to make the necessary corrections. Bath Kitchen abandoned the job indicating there was no intention on their part to perform.</p> <p>We were left with exposed wiring, patch work paint on the ceiling, excess grout and discoloration on ceramic tile floors, backsplash with excess grout and painted grout on walls, uneven textured surfaces, areas where texture did not cover wall paper, etc. Certainly, not the quality you would expect from a professional organization.</p> <p>I have photos of the above conditions to validate my review comments.</p>

"As a business owner, your goals are to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately it did not happen with this customer and I take full responsibility. We finished 99% of the work and the remaining items were mainly touch up paint. We were unable to come to an agreement and both parties agreed upon a discount on final payment (with lien waiver signed). even came into our office to make the final payment. I too am a senior citizen and hate that he thinks we took advantage of them which is not true. We did not walk off the job and take their money, both parties agreed on a discounted amount and parted ways. We even went back out there after the waiver was signed and GAVE them trim for the vent hood at no charge. My project manager and I were both there the last day to walk the job. Unfortunately I had a disagreement on the discount he wanted for letting us work late (which we didn't). But, at the end we discounted the final payment by a substantial amount so both parties could move on. even said during our punch walk he was happy with the finished product we just had a few punch items that needed to be finished. During the project we went above and beyond the scope of work by helping them with items outside of the scope. Including helping them find better pricing on an electrical panel, we helped them find issues with their HVAC, we covered the cost of their 1/2 bath vanity top and sink (after one of the 's trades damaged the existing top). We even let their other trades use our tools during the time we were there and had to stop another trade that was there from relieving himself in the front lawn. The comments he makes about updating appliances and exposed wire were not part of our scope of work. The wiring was for undermount lighting that we left for them incase they wanted undermount lighting and we had nothing to do with the appliances. Its unfortunate that we were unable to please the 's but, we stand behind our work and have not and will never take advantage of any customer."
