We liked what they did. They had a designer by the name Kamey Berringer. She was excellent. She deserves 'A' for everything she did. The overall construction foreman was Eli. He probably deserves 'A' on everything. The cost was a little more than I was anticipating. But I think it was within the range of the market.

The service we received from Kitchen Central, specifically Laura, was excellent. She helped me figure out the type of backsplash design that complimented the cabinets, granite countertop and our tile floor. Those who installed the cabinets, backsplash and countertop did a great job as well. Our granite was purchased from Allied Stone and it was hard picking the color because everything they have is beautiful. Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful with complimentary accents.

I was impressed the whole way.  They are a class A business including all the missing touches that you wish for but normally dont get - like a lock box incase you have to run out, a crew that works exclusively for them, a construction manager that stays closely involved and the sales/design person that is down to earth, yet very good with seeing the possibilities. <br /> Can't wait to have them do my bathroom cabinets.  My kitchen is gorgeous and functional now.  Updated with new cabinet doors, beautiful hardware and small drawers were replaced with wonderful wide ones with a soft close. <br /> Mess was minimum and workers were pleasant and professional - and really good! <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>We have a cabinet project for our living room and got a list of providers from Angie?s list. We contacted Kitchen Central. It turned out that they could not do the job and ended up of taking the measurements of our guest bathroom for a remodel project to be completed prior to the arrival of overseas guests. We worked with their sales lady for more than a month finalizing details. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. (The quotation was delayed awaiting the owner?s review.)  We were told that they would provide a ?line item quotation? from which we could pick the things we wanted them to do.  Due to limitations in what they could supply (i.e., they don?t do windows and do limited plumbing*, etc.) we reduced the scope of the work over what was originally envisioned.  </p> <p>One of the chief reasons we chose to use this company was that we were under a tight time constraint for getting the work done and they continued to reassure us that they were reserving a time slot within our required time frame.</p> <p>Finally, we signed the contract and paid their required 50% deposit.  This was on August 18 with a promised start date of August 31.  However, on August 21 the owner came back in town and called and said that they did not want to take the job.  This left us in a very difficult situation.  We feel that a valid contract was breached with no reasonable explanation and that we were ?strung along? with promises of fitting our time frame.  Later they indicated that they thought the project was not big enough. Although our money was returned, we are left with the task of finding an alternate contractor with inadequate time to get the job completed.   Although the sales person suggested another contractor, after interviewing him and reading his reviews, we did feel this company was appropriate for the job. <br /> <br /> Eventually due to their cancellation, we could not finish the project and had to put our guest in a hotel during the visit. The visit was also cut short due to inconvenience. It was an awful experience with Kitchen Central management. Wish no one would have to go through what we have gone through. </p> <p>*(For some extended plumbing work, they gave a separate bid to do the work which was $4500.  We obtained a bid for the same work from a master plumber for around $1000.)</p> <p><strong>Response to KC?s Response:</strong></p> <p>1.       Our scope of the Bathroom project <strong>NEVER</strong> included the cabinet work. It was general remodeling contracting service from the <strong>BEGINNING.</strong>.  We were led to believe that bathroom remodeling was a normal endeavor for them.</p> <p>2.       I previously questioned them about Kitchen Central?s service and their company?s focus due to their name and talked to their office people and general manger. They all ensured us they do general contract service all the time regardless their name.</p> <p>3.       The approximately two week window that was reserved for our project would have helped us to finish the project in a timely manner. It now appears that the ?reserved time slot? was only a ploy to string us along until a more profitable job came along.</p> <p>4.       Kitchen Central?s so-called ?quality service? and ?timely manner? was definitely contradicted in the poor reviews we found on other websites later. </p> <p>5.       Kitchen Central?s owner?s stated reason for breaching the contract due to their ?core value? ?to inform clients about realistic expectations?, which was only invoked more than a month into the consultation, proves that their real concern was only the profitability of the job. </p> <p>6.       They seem to have little regard as to the impact they create on a customer?s life when they decide not to fulfill a contract at the last minute. </p> <p> </p>

Kelli came by to look at our kitchen and provide an estimate.  She was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent ideas.  She really listened to me and understood what sort of look and feel we were after, and she had brilliant suggestions--such as reconfiguring some of our drawers to maximize storage.  We felt like we were in great hands from the start!  The estimate came in within the same ballbark as other bids we received from several other companies, but Kelli really stood out for her ability to conceptualize what we described.  The next step was to choose our design, hardware, stain, etc.  Their showroom was very helpful, and again the team was flexible, understanding, and responsive.  We ended up doing something unconventional--a little risky-feeling--but with everyone's input it turned out fantastic and elegant looking!  The cabinet installation team (Tony, Ray & Monteyo) were timely, polite, professional, and hard working.  They cleaned up after themselves and took care in performing their work.  A lot of worker crews we have dealt with on other projects with other companies were, frankly, loud-mouth and often uncouth  Not these guys!  They carried themselves with professionalism and seemed considerate of the fact that we still were living in our home and using our kitchen.  How refreshing!  The project is almost complete, as I write this entry, and we are very pleased thus far!  We cannot wait to see the finished product. <br />

We love our new kitchen! We recently had our 1981 kitchen renovated by Kitchen Central. We wanted a "one-stop a shopping approach" that would allow us to have our new kitchen in time for Thanksgiving. After meeting with their design consultant, Kelli Seyedain, who came up with a plan to not only double our counter space, but also provide more efficient use and organization through new cabinets, ShelfGenie organization, new appliances, new farm sink, and layout. Her team, including Erica and Eli, was easy to work with. She also had a resource in Pierre Coppola from Granite Craftsmen who provided a team of professionals to do the demo, electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting, granite countertop, backsplash, lighting, etc. Our experience was one of working with true professionals who really cared. They were finished in ample time for us to move back in for Thanksgiving, giving us a new kitchen that has wowed our friends and relatives. We highly recommend Kitchen Central to others. After my master bathroom became flooded from a burst pipe, Kitchen Central came in and helped me sketch out and then build the custom bathroom of my dreams.  Their price is high but the quality is great. <br />

<p>Kitchen Central did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel.  Kelli and Erica took my basic ideas and worked out a great plan.   I love the creative idea they came up with for some of my more unusual requests.  I was impressed with the amount of time they spent measuring and working out all the minute details.  The carpenters and installers were very professional and polite.  The job stayed on schedule and was completed in a timely manner. I love my new kitchen and have gotten lots of compliments on it.  We have some more remodeling to do and will definitely use Kitchen Central for all our cabinetry needs.</p> <br />

It was a wonderful experience! I worked with Kelly Seyedain who was very attentive to my wants and ideas. She kept everything on schedule and made sure I was happy throughout the process. She was professional throughout and had so many good styling ideas. Kelly has a great eye for detail and design. The cabinetry guys were efficient and cleaned up every evening before they left. Everything looks great!! They were true artists when it came to my special projects. My hutch is a true piece of furniture and the new cabinet in my powder bath looks great! <br />

After having new granite counter tops put in, it was clear that my cabinets needed a face lift too!! I found Cabinet Cures on Angies List.  Although they were not the least expensive bid I received, the estimate over view by Earlene showed a better quality of the product and the expertise of the staff was the deciding factors that made them the right choice for me.  As any large project like this there were a few issues that came up before starting the project and during.  Earlene, Erica and the crew were very responsive to the problems, in fact before I could make a call they were already aware of the issue since the crew had already contacted them.  From start to finish Cabinet Cures/Kitchen Central handled the project professionally, and responded to all my questions and issues in a timely manner throughout the entire project.  Their knowledge and expertise in providing a quality finished project made my decision to use them even more clear. In addition, they are one of the nicest group of people I have had the pleasure to interact with.  <br />

After pricing out a complete renovation of our existing kitchen, my wife and I opted to use Cabinet Cures to give our kitchen an updated look without the cost and hassle of a complete demolition and rebuild.  We couldn't be happier with the Cabinet Cure process and product.  It's only been a few months since having the cabinets redone but we love the look and the fact that it didn't cost us a fortune.  I would use this service again!

Kelli Seyedain was our design consultant. She was fantastic and took care of us through the whole process. She gave us estimates for both resurfacing and refacing. We were surprised to find out it was less expensive to go with refacing. We went to their design center which was a big help to see all the different styles and wood colors/types to choose from. We were able to take home samples to see how they would look in our bathroom. They came out and did a very detailed measurement and overall drawing of what the cabinets would look like. The job took 2 days to complete and we are thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend Cabinet Cures. We feel they provided us with an excellent value, price and experience. <br />
