I had concerns and issues I wanted addressed on last 2 days of work, but was ignored and dismissed. Will need to hire someone else to address those issues. Get several estimates..we should have.

Wonderful! Tony was helpful in selecting product. He helped us decide what would look good with our counter top. He did not pressure us to make a decision immediately. The workers worked continuously and meticulously and saw to it that at the end of each day everything was cleaned up.

I am so happy that I used Dial Kitchens although I am rather late in reviewing . My work was done in April 2021. The owner was very help in suggesting various options for new cabinets as well as color options etc. The 2 men who installed were very prompt, worked continuously and were extremely professional. I am so happy with the work that was done. The entire process was seamless for me--I have heard horror stories from consumers dealing with larger contractors so I am quite relieved I had such a good experience and feel confident in recommending Kitchens by Dial to friends and colleagues.

My wife and I are over the top happy with the work that Dial and owner Tony James and his installers did refacing our 33 year old kitchen. Tony has to be the most honest contractor i've ever worked with. It looks beautiful and is worth every penny that we paid. Dial refaced my daughters home approx 2 years ago and we new then that we wanted them to also do our house. if your in the market for any kitchen or bath remodeling don't waste your time pricing with anyone else because you won't find people any better then at Dial and Tony James. Beautiful job.

Was very pleased dealing with Tony and his team. We received multiple compliments already on the job they did and I would recommend Kitchens by Dial to anyone. They completed the job ahead of schedule and I asked for a few small modifications and Tony was able to accommodate without questions.

I had such a positive overall experience with Kitchens by Dial. It was nice to be able to see actual products in the showroom prior to making decisions. Tony James and his crew, Rodney and Blaise, were professional from start to finish. They worked on my kitchen without interruption from other jobs and their attention to detail earned my respect. The transformation of the kitchen was pretty amazing and was done in a little over a week. Materials were of excellent quality. I highly recommend them for refacing. Lastly, they were incredibly kind to my three dogs who waited expectantly every day for Tony to give them a treat.

Tony and his crew were excellent. His initial planning meeting at his showroom and suggestions by himself and Fred were excellent -- color combinations excellent and large styles and materials to choose from. Written contract detailed and payment plan spelled out. Price was much better than other installers. Always punctual and did what they said when they said it. Cabinets and workmanship high quality, installation first rate, and kept to the time schedule they initially told us. A really pleasant experience dealing with his workers and Tony. Highly recommend, we cannot believe anyone could do better than Kitchens by Dial. We will be looking to them to add a wet bar and other work in the future.

We cannot give enough praise to Tony James and his carpenters. Very fair price. The craftsmanship was beyond our expectations. The carpenters were on time. They worked hard. Tony was a delight to work. He is honest and had great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

It was wonderful! no issues perfect, the process was easy, it was done exactly on the time they said it would be done. Overall completely satisfied.

Very professional, on time, and quality workmanship. Am so pleased with my kitchen. I am handicapped and needed them to change the configuration of my kitchen for easier access. Tony came up with the perfect plan. I was impressed that they stayed on the time line as promised. They cleaned up every night before leaving and did an excellent job. From start to finish we were very pleased with all the work we had done. The kitchen was cleaned everyday after the days work was done. The installers were terrific very nice, professional and took great care our home. They even let the dog out!! :) The owner was very knowledgeable as well as the estimator who came out first too. They explained everything and had a showroom so that we could actually see the product we wanted. Great Job and Well Done!

Kitchens by Dial did an excellent job in our kitchen. We had our cabinets refaced and granite countertops put in. Our kitchen looks brand new. Tony and his crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. His men were very neat and cleaned after each day of work. We receive many compliments on our kitchen and we could not be happier. I could not be HAPPIER with my new kitchen from Kitchen's by Dial. Everything Tony said they would do was completed. With Kitchen's by Dial, you don't get a sales pitch, you get a beautiful kitchen. The attention to the details was outstanding. Drop clothes were used on the steps and other areas of the house to protect the carpeting. The cabinets were refaced to perfection. The new cabinet built specifically for an odd space in the kitchen, is not only beautiful, but now I have so much more storage space . A pantry door was created to replace an old unattractive bi-fold door, now I have doors which match my cabinets, bigger shelves, I also a new slide out bottom shelf. My trash can was always in my way, now the waste can is housed under my sink and slides in and out with ease, no more running into the trash can. The craftsmen were courteous, paid attention to detail and extremely neat. Everyday before leaving, they would clean up the area and made sure there wasn't excess dirt or materials in the way. If you want quality cabinets at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.

Tony the owner was very knowledgeable. The installation staff were great. The installation took longer than expected due to measurement errors and staining. Several of the doors were stained and were not up to standards so tony decided to order new doors and finish those. The final look of the new and refaced cabinets are outstanding.

It went very well. Everyone was nice & friendly. They showed up on time, worked non stop, took a short lunch break & got right back to work. They cleaned up at the end of the day. The delivery of the countertops, the cabinetry & the electrical work all flowed seamlessly.

Still waiting after 3 years for new window sill. New toilet is still sitting in my hallway and the kitchen faucet has broken once and fixed and now broken again.
