We are Northern Michigan’s preferred choice for pumping out residential and commercial septic tanks, as well as cleaning out sewer lines, drain lines and grease traps. If you have a construction site or an event that will require portable toilets, we provide toilet rentals with turn-key delivery and pickup services. Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out

Scammers. I arranged to have my septic tank pumped. When I get the bill, there's a $125.00 fee for "Labor to Dig Up Septic Tank Lid." We were not informed that this was a potential charge or I would have spent the 5 mins digging up the two shovels full of dirt myself. When I called to dispute the $125.00 for 5 mins of work, the owner was insolent and went on a rant about "what if there was an irrigation line, " "what if there was a gas line," and whatever other make-believe scenario he could. At the end of the day, we weren't informed there would be a charge and $750/hr for labor it's insane and he wouldn't compromise. So, I ended the call with some choice words and will never use this service again and I highly recommend that whomever reads this finds another company to work with. I have included a picture of the 12" diameter 4" deep hole that was dug up for $125.00.

Jack was great!  He returned our call promptly, upon leaving a message, that we were having problems (unlike another local person, who shall remain nameless).  Came out on a Saturday morning, and promptly had the work completed.  He was very friendly,  personable, and reliable. Definitely will use him again, and recommend him to others.  He went above & beyond, to provide great service, even on a weekend.  . <br />
