The service was great. I’m so glad I had them come repair instead of just replacing the dryer. They were very informative and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

Talked to Kevin (owner) late morning and he was at our home by 4 pm to make the repair. Same day service- impressive! He was knowledgeable, was able to get the part that day and kept me informed on his schedule. I knew approximately when to expect him and he wore a mask as I requested. The repair only took about 30 minutes and he explained that there was a 1 year warranty on the part so if any problems, call him back and he’d take care of things. Kevin was very personable and I felt comfortable with him. I will use his services again.

My freezer went through a defrost cycle and after that the icemaker was not making ice. I sent a message through Angie's List to KLB Appliance Services and he responded within a couple hours. He set an appointment for Monday and arrived within the time frame that set. He ordered the part and had to schedule a new time to come out on Thursday after the part came in. When he showed up this morning (again on time), the ice machine had made ice and the bucket was full. Kevin refunded the money that I had paid him upfront and only charged me for the service call. I will definitely call him back is it goes on the fritz again and I would recommend him to anyone.

Overall, the repair specialist was friendly and communicated very well. After diagnosing my refrigerator (French Door w/ a Door Alarm that would not turn off) and order parts for the repair, the fridge still does not work. I paid for the service call ($75), parts ($56), and labor ($35) - totaling approximately $167. I was informed that the refrigerator is unrepairable. Unfortunately, I do not know what the protocol is in the service industry when you are unable to fix a problem, and you still charge the full amount. I would assume some kind of discount should be provided.

It was excellent, it was fantastic. They were on time, very professional, very helpful, very good, and they knew exactly what they're doing. I would give them five stars.

I have to say, this man is FANTASTIC! I’m not a review giver and I had to give one on this one. He came from Orleans to Greenwood which is an hour and a half drive to service my broken washer. He finds out it’s the suspension that broke and orders 4 new ones for each corner. He called and texted promptly when he said he would updating me of everything along the way. Finally got to the date of service and there was an error made we realized after he left. Brought him back up here a few days later and he realized his mistake but was willing to replace a part on his own dime for how far we were into fixing this machine if that was the cause of the error. Turns out it was a simple adjustment and he got to teach his son something new. Would recommend this man in a HEARTBEAT and without a doubt I’d use him again for anything else in this house that needs fixing. A+ sir and thank you!!

It went great. He always kept us in touch. They showed up on time and had a good communication. They really did a very good job.

He was personable. Even though I am a female, he explained everything what was the problem and what he was doing. he got the job done ion just 15 to 20 mins. I have already recommended him to others.

This was an awesome experience. Kevin, the owner, came the same day I called. He was busy with a customer in Indianapolis but would come by at 6 PM. He is a Christian who you can trust to do an excellent job on any appliance he accepts. I had worked on my dryer checking all that I could and as soon as he came he went immediately to the heat sensor and within two minutes he knew exactly what was the problem. He did not have the part but said he would return when he had it. I paid him at that time which was well worth the charge. His fees are in line with the industry standard. Kevin has several years experience working with "Jerry's Appliance Repair" and he knows his business better than most other people working on these. He has seen it all and decided to leave working for Jerry's and start his own business. You can be assured that he will do the right job and that he takes pride in his work.
