It went very well. On time, left no mess and with the exception of one small "run" my tub looks as good as new. One suggestion would be to give future customers the option to have the non-skid put down on the whole surface of the tub if they wish. <br />

The workers came in the house, introduced themselves and went down in the basement to start working. Mr. Klein came in, didn't introduce himself until he came upstairs after speaking with his workers. My daughter felt she was not treated as the home owner and was slightly upset. <br /> The work started and finished when the technicians said it would. <br /> The basement floor was filthy, they didn't clean up very well after themselves. <br />

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. They did an awesome job. They did not spare quality. The guy that did the work was a true professional. They are not the cheapest outfit out there, but they are worth every penny. I would refer them and definitely use them again if the need arose.

There was a delay in getting the work done, but that was a result of them being extremely busy not due to any lack of response on their part. The workers arrived on time, did a great job protecting the house from dirt and debris, were hard working, and completed the work on the same day as promised. They are a bit more expensive than other options but the equipment installed is top notch and with labor as well as materials you do get what you pay for. Everyone treated us very well from start to finish and kept us well informed of what was being done and why. <br />

This was a quick one day job. They were very neat and there was no odor from the glazing. They knocked my ceramic tile off the wall and installed the new acryllic wall. So far its holding up and still looks like brand new.

As part of the installation, Klein jackhammered a roughly 3and quot; by 3and quot; trough in the floor immediately adjacent to the walls, after which they <br /> seated the Brite Wall panels and cemented in the trough. This essentially created a new seam in the basement floor that, as we found <br /> out later, was directly over the footer under the floor. The next time it rained hard, we found a puddle on our floor but we thought it was a <br /> result of the installation of the glass block window in that room. After Klein completed their work and were paid, we replaced all of the <br /> old wall to wall carpeting with brand new carpet. This was in the fall of 2012. <br /> In the spring of 2013 we had some back-to-back rain events, and water came pouring in along the walls that had the trough that Klein had created. We called Mr. Klein to come look at what was happening during one of the rainfalls, and Mr. Klein adamantly denied that this had anything to do with the work his company had done. He did offer to give us an estimate for an interior basement drainage system, which would be at our expense. We said no thanks. We lost most of the brand new carpeting that had been installed just months before, and we had to hurriedly move all of the office equipment - computers, printers, fax machine, paper supplies, etc. - to a dry room upstairs. Long story a little shorter, we ended up contracting with Everdry to install exterior and interior drain systems everywhere that Klein had dug originally. As Everdry was digging a much wider interior trough for their work, they found that the footer extended out from the concrete walls by about 8-10 inches. They told us Klein's little trough above the footer just created an opening for water to come through when otherwise it would have gone under the concrete floor as it had before. The job by Everdry cost us $13,600, money that we had had no intention of spending on the basement. We are still in the process of trying to get the basement somewhat back to normal. <br /> Basically this is a cautionary tale for anyone who is considering having Brite Wall installed to enhance the look of their basement rooms. If you have no water problems before the installation, you may very well after. As a consequence of the damage done by a job that cost us $2600, we were forced to spend over $13,000, lost several hundred dollars' worth of carpeting, and have had weeks of aggravation and expense trying to get things right again. Not a good deal at all. <br />

They knew what they were doing, everybody was working as a team. They seem to have been working together for a while they had the job completed in a day. I would use them again in the future.

They proved to be a very professional and reliable company. The job was completed on time and the workers and office staff were friendly and competent. My basement has been dry so I am pleased with the effectiveness of the service. They said they would arrive on the 26th to do the work at 8:00 AM and they were 10 minutes early! <br />

They were very professional and quick. Did what they said they were going to do. Only negative was I had some concerns which I called about. They did not follow through on the second call. Ended up having no problem though. <br />

No complaints, they were on time, clean work area and everything pretty much worked out just like they said. It looked great all white. I had turquoise tub and pink tile (go figure!!!!!). <br />

The coordinator gave an accurate estimate of wait time until service date, price for reglazing is flat fee so there were no unexpected costs. Reglazing specialist came as scheduled, was done sooner than scheduled, reglazing was flawless and there was no mess left behind. Strong odor remained for a few days but that cannot be helped. It would be a good idea to get reglazing done in nice weather so window(s) can be left open.

It looks great. They came when they were scheduled and it took less time than it was supposed to. It was supposed to be a 4 hour job and they did it in 2 or 2 and frac12; hours so they were pretty quick in getting it done. It was all very professionally done and they cleaned up their mess. It did take 3 or 4 weeks to schedule because they only have 1 or 2 guys doing the actual reglazing so I had to plan ahead.

They were on time and they finished their work in the time that they scheduled. They cleaned up perfectly after they finished and they were completely professional in how they worked. They left information if I had any questions and concerns that I could call. The rescheduled an appointment when I would be in town for them to run a sum pump. It was not just what they put in but how they did it with the detail and the professionalism involved. They left a perfect basement with a very smooth floor, it was cleaner when they left than when they came. It is not cheap but it is a reasonable price.
