My job was to just clean my yard up basically, make it look good. I have a very small yard that was pretty over grown, we settled on a day he would come over and a price that I thought was pretty fair at $250. He said after the 1st clearing of the yard he would only charge me $40 to come back after that to clear the yard every other month or whatever. So we agreed for him to come on Wednesday. I called him at 9am and asked him if he was still planning ov coming to do the job. He texted me back at 10 and said he would be there shortly. I texted him back at 2pm and he said he was on his way, he'd be there in a "few" so like 40 minutes he showed up and started doing the work. Maybe an hour later he knocks on the door and said he's done, He'd didn't finish the job. He left my yard a mess, vines hanging off my fence that he had cut, he didn't cut these 2 small trees he agreed to cut and take away which I didn't notice till after he'd left. All the clippings and any trash that was in my yard (some trash from the neighbor kids and some shingles) he had just left there. So I texted him later that night and told him I was not happy with his work, he said he would return the next day to make it right. Never came back to finish the job and ignored my texts asking what happened to him returning to "make it right"
