"Hello Julie, Thank you for your review. As for your first complaint, the estimate you received and the negotiated hourly rate was not from me, it was from your "trusted contractor" whom passed the work along to me. The overall cost for your project was below the estimate (that was not provided by me) and was fair given the amount of work needed to ensure your roof was in good condition. As for your second complaint, all of your information is completely false. After hearing about your issues, I have tried to reach out to you multiple times to remedy the situation and you have refused to return any phone calls. During the construction of your shop, I informed your "trusted contractor", who was the lead contractor for your shop project, that their method of roofing was incorrect. I was told by your trusted contractor that I was incorrect and the roof was completed as per your trusted contractor's specifications. After being notified about your shop roof leaking by your trusted contractor, I offered to pay for half of the repairs, even though it was not my project, just to make everyone happy. I did not ignore the issue, I did not run from the problem, and I most certainly did not ever mention court. I had other contractual obligations for other projects and did not have the ability to come fix the problem that I did not create, so I offered (in good faith) to pay for half of the repairs. I do apologize for the inconveniences that you have experienced. I am happy to speak with you anytime about the facts of this situation and remedy your issues any way I can. Thank you."
