Simply Amazing!!! After living all over the country, K & M Cleaning Service is the best service we've ever been lucky enough to use! We also tried out a few different services as well as individuals here locally in Austin that were subpar when compared to the thorough and fantastic job of K & M. I joke with my husband that we can't move again because we'll be hard pressed to find a service that does such a professional job from base boards to fans and everything in between. She was exetremely slow and exetremely expensive, didn’t finish her job and brought along child (Update) Very badly. She yelled at me and made me feel very sorry for hiring those People. Will never call them again. I have no idea how they received such a high rating. They are not maids they are users just to get money. Was very relieved when she left.

Everything was great. Melissa arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and got right on it. I walked her through the house which was a bit too messy in places; she went to work on a bathroom while I put away some clutter. Well, she worked around the stuff I hadn’t gotten to, dusting under items and wiping them off. In the end she even hand washed the few dishes in the sink, folded some clothes laying on a bench, bonus! I really appreciate how easy the entire process was from booking a day before to paying.

Charged $275 did not clean oven, microwave or top of shelves. Quoted 4 hours but complete in 1 and a half. They may have rushed because I told them the carpet cleaners may arrive sooner than the intended 4 hours of cleaning. Nice ladies, but with 3 people cleaning I did expect oven and microwave to be cleaned.

You also were only charged $199 for your cleaning at a discount from the standard Move-in/Move-out price for your size home. Our maids also did a walkthrough of your home with you before leaving in which the ovens, cabinets, etc were inspected by all parties. You even offered the wine glass from the cleaned and inspected cabinets to one of the maids. Even still, we are a Guaranteed or It's Free company so please give us a call at (888)436-6779 so we can honor our guarantee."

Everything "looked" clean and smelled clean, but as I went back over the areas they said they had scrubbed, there was lots of dirt everywhere. I had to go back over everything. Some drawers and cabinets had never been touched. I was really disappointed especially after the amount of money spent. I was considering hiring on monthly basis because they were pleasant and professional, but I'm not sure exactly what I spent the money on.

Everything went perfectly. The ladies (4 of them!) worked hard and fast. They paid attention to every detail and even taught me a couple of cleaning tricks. I was impressed with the amount of energy and expertise. They brought their own supplies and scoured the house from top to bottom. They did not clean carpets, but that was not in the agreement. The hard floors look better than they have in years. I highly recommend this talented crew!

Great! The ladies were able to start the day I called. They also let me know of a special they had for the job I needed done. Bought a new house that wasn’t “move out” cleaned. They did an excellent job! Two ladies at 4 hours saved me days of doing it myself. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I both work two jobs so we don’t always have time to clean thoroughly. We had family coming in on short notice and needed help immediately. K&m came through in a pinch and really did an amazing job. Mel worked so fast and was very thorough. We’ve now decided to have them come clean once a week due to the quality and promptness of service. Fantastic. Melissa is extremely good and as exacting and careful and I am which is nearly impossible. She cleaned beautifully and well. I will be using her services every month and I look foward to it. She is a lovely person and knows her stuff. In Austin, TX it is expecially nice to be able to hire a housecleaner who speaks English fluently (she's native) so I can converse with her to tell her exactly what I need and expect.
