The owner contacted me via email and the scheduling process went smoothly. The worker showed up on time and began removing my gutter guards. He started to flush out some debris and remarked that my gutters were mostly clear and didn't require much of a cleaning at all. I scaled the ladder myself and he was right. The worker went on to finish the whole job in 20 minutes When I mentioned this to the owner, he was kind enough to remove the additional guard removal fee I had agreed to pay. I thought this gesture was very fair and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a contractor that cares about customer service.

It looks wonderful. This is one less things that I have to worry about. It was worth the cost and I am extremely pleased with the service which was timely and professional. I have added them to my list of contractors.

KNB did an excellent job cleaning all the mildew, grime and grit from our house. BJ was very responsive and prompt. He and his crew arrived on time and were very thorough and professional. I have no hesitation giving them A's across the board for the work they did. My only hesitation would be on the pricing. I purchased a deal on Angie's for $199. The offer did say this was for 2000 sq ft and additional footage would be extra. We have a small one story house and I've never estimated the area of the walls of our house. KNB's estimate was that the square footage was over 3800 sq ft, almost double the value covered. This more than doubled the cost of the job, making it not such a great 'deal'. Once again this extra cost was explained in the offer so just be aware ahead of time how much external wall area your house really has, could be more than you might think.

I had to pay more because of the square footage of my house. They were nice. They were really good being able to reschedule with me. They sent a confirmation email which was great. They called to confirm a day prior. They explained everything. They went over everything with me after they did the work. I was very pleased. They are a little expensive for me though. I thought they were a bit high.

"Thanks for your feedback. This is a very common practice amongst service business that do route work. such as someone who cuts grass or does pest control maintenance. Setting individual appointments is very difficult to coordinate when doing up to 10 jobs per day I must contest the second part of the review as everyone gets notice about their scheduled day. In fact, whenever we add a job to the calender, our system automatically sends out a scheduling confirmation email that has the date in it. The system also sends an automated reminder email the day before scheduled service. So it's unlikely that we told you that we can't let you know when we are coming as our system does this automatically with no effort on our part. Thank you for the feedback and I hope you find a provider that matches your needs."

Ordered the deal and received a response within hours. Was given a choice of days/time to schedule appointment. Received confirmation of my first choice within minutes. Sent a reminder the day before confirming my time. On the morning of my appointment I received an email asking if they could move my appointment to the following morning due to the inclement weather. I agreed and they arrived promptly Saturday morning. Power washed entire house and front columns. Did a great job. They were pleasant and efficient. Would definitely use again

Very professionally done! I was not home when they performed the service and when I returned, I thought it was a new home! It was sparkling! They even went the extra mile and cleaned a fence in the front of the house. I am thoroughly satisfied and will definitely call on them again.

They did a good job. They did exactly what I wanted done. Efficient. No issues. They came out when they said they were. No issues. Its a good price. Seventy nine dollars, is a good deal. We did some checking, as I had roof work, and they did a good job. I don't remember any issues. We arranged an time, they were here. Did the work. As I remember, no issue with that. Came when they said. I got to believe it was pretty good. They did what they were suppose to do, on time. I think it was just one fellow that does it. Not a hundred percent sure. I think one guy gets up there, and does all the work. It doesn't take long. I remember, just fine, no issues at all. Got the right equipment. Go it done, no issues. They were professional, responsive, and good value.

effective cleaning of siding; highest trim/faschia seems still imperfect BIG concern was the amount of bleach used -- seems effective but the house reeked, inside and out, and it continued to drip for 2 days from my garage door onto our cars when we went in or out

"Thank you for your review. I am sorry you aren't 100% satisfied. However, the tallest peaks of your home are well within our reach; we can sctually hit your roof with our pumps. As for our cleaning solution, it is a bleach based solution, which is industry standard for soft washing, as recommended by every major soft wash and pressure washing organization. The mix is only 3%, so the remainder is water and plain soaps so the bleach content is actually very little. I'm not sure why or how the solution dripped from your garage door for two days as the solution that was applied to the home had already been rinsed and the home was mostly dry before we even left the house. Again, I am sorry that your experience wasn't 100%. As you can see from our other reviews, this is a rare, almost nonexistent, scenario. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to rectify the situation for you. Thanks!"

KNB contacted me within a couple of days of buying the deal, and scheduled me for the end of the week. However, that was a period of bad weather with high winds, so they rescheduled me for the next week. I had a dental appointment on that day, but I did not have to be home, I just had to make sure the external water taps were open. I came back from my appointment, and the house was washed and very clean. All the moss was gone.

KNB did a great job of replacing the 46 year old roof on our house. The process was quick and seamless from estimate to completion, with a new roof in place the same week. The owner, Bj was very responsive to questions, gave thorough explanations and was a very personable guy. An estimate was in place that was very reasonable and contained high grade materials and excellent guarantees. As I had previously suspected, the porch roof was water damaged and KNB completed all the repairs as part of the package. KNB communicated well and with great response times. The contract was drawn up and submitted electronically, which added to the speed of the process. The roof looks AMAZING and we are very pleased with the results and the quality of the work and materials. I would highly recommend KNB Exteriors for your exterior work, especially power washing and roofing.
