It went unbelievably well. He did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. Professional, kind, knowledgeable and was able to get us in in a very reasonable amount of time. As a matter of fact I very rarely go to this extent filling out a survey but he deserves it. Highly recommend him and his company.

Ace responded immediately following my Angie's List query. They called literally within 10 mins. They told me the call out price which was the best I found and offered to come out Sunday morning. They were on time, extremely courteous, and professional. He got the job done and at the price he estimated. We were thrilled. I very highly recommend them.

He provided a quote on request, then appeared at the agreed upon date/time to to the work. He worked quickly, efficiently and completed the job in a timely fashion. The supplied door/opener looks great and operates very well. When it was later damaged, he again was prompt to respond to my request for services and was able to repair, rather than replace, their door.

Called for a quote when one of the garage door springs broke.  Due to the advanced age, he recommended replacing both springs and gave me a great quote.  He arrived right on time, was very professional, yet friendly.  He made several adjustments to mechanism to correct problems his inspection revealed, without inflating his price from the quote.   Did not try to sell me any additional parts or services.  Completed the job in about 90 minutes.  The door works great, balance is much better than before and opener doesn't strain like it did before the spring broke.  Would definitely call him again or recommend him to a friend. <br>

He provided a competitive bid. He was able to do the whole job including some support repairs-carpenter job. 25% paid at signing contract. Ordered the part and advised when it was delivered. He completed the job in one day! <br />

They were great. They set up and did everything on time. His efficiency impressed me. He got straight to work, identified and fixed the problem and explained to me what I could do to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

They were a super fast company. I had emailed three companies on Angie's list to see when they could come out for the repair. They responded within 15 minutes via email and promptly came out the next afternoon. I have still to hear from the other two companies! <br />

The technician came over to replace the motor in our garage door. He came within the time speicified and completed the job. <br />

Called A-1 because they did a great job the last time. They did just as well this time-came out same day, identified and fixed the problem for a reasonable price, and the door now works better than it has since we bought the house. Great job. And this guy then follows up with a phone call a few days later to be sure everything is working and we're happy. That's service. Their sticker with contact information is now up on my garage wall!

They were excellent and superb. Even before he did the work I was going to get two or three quotes but he was so knowledgeable I made my decision immediately that he was going to do the work. He showed up on time and cleaned up everything- even stuff he didn't mess up. I am so happy I can't even put my feelings into words. I couldn't have asked for any bettter service. I would totally reccomend him to anybody else and would use his services again.

He worked very quickly, and did a great job. They were very punctual, and I was very thrilled and happy with their work.

I had one double garage doors, I preferred to have two. He removed old garage and installed two singles in it's place. He did all of the re-framing that was necessary. He put the new doors in. The work was clean and well done. He worked by himself. He gave the estimate and did the work. His estimate was less than the other and the work and doors that he recommended were better than the other guys. The garage doors have worked perfectly for three years.
