KNF was amazing! We are new to the area and didn't have an air-condition person. Our central air-conditioning stopped working overnight. Without question, Arslan ( I believe that was his name) fit me into the schedule, free diagnostic unlike most companies which rip you off. He asked me to check a few things before getting here and he was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. He was very professional really, knowledgeable and even taught me while he was fixing the problem. I didn't feel like a burden on his schedule or that he was rushing. I will be using his services from now on.

An absolute savior and perfect professional. After getting ripped off 4 times for shoddy work by other unprofessional muppets, this company saved the day. We hadn't slept in 6 days of boiling heat and humidity because of missed appointments and broken promises from 4 other companies. Including the one that we found out later ripped us off and left us flat. KNF fixed everything. Communication , dedication to craft, follow through, were exceptional. He came back just to check on his work and honor his workmanship and denied a tip just because he wanted to make sure we were up and running and comfortable finally. He actually cared! about us hiring him and our satisfaction. Couldn't be luckier KNF ended our yr long nightmare of a broken 1yr old unit and multiple expense and frustration. KNF is a value no matter what they charge. I would never trust anyone else again. They even denied a job I referred them too because they felt it was not the right thing to accept because they felt it wouldn't be prudent for my family member to install what they asked for. My AC died on a Saturday night and they reached out to me at 8pm and made an appointment first thing in the morning. He arrived early and was kind enough to reach out several times as I overslept. He checked out the AC and had it up and running with 15 minutes. He was extremely nice to deal with and very fairly priced.

SYED is very Knowledgeable and professional . He arrived an hour after I called and did his best to fix a very old unit. I am grateful for him.

Very pleased with service, lost our AC on Sunday looked up home advisor within 5 minutes received a call was here in 2 hours all fixed at what we felt was a good price.
