In April 2025 I was looking for a Contractor to repair and renovate the master bathroom that needed a total rehab , the entire kitchen need to be replace and a whole house flooring . Kenny Nguyen was recommended by a friend due to his great contracting work. After listening and reviewing all that I wanted to have done to my home, Kenny gave me a free quote and the price was very reasonable. He walked us through everything we would need to have the project completed and kept me updated every step of the way. Throughout the entire renovation process, Kenny kept constant communication and maintained a professional attitude. The kitchen and bathroom turned out excellent. The transformation of my basement was simply amazing and was the best part of the whole project. I couldn't have been more happy with the work Kenny had done to my home and would not hesitate to have him complete any future projects that I may need

Great service Would hire again Has no complaints

Talked to him on the phone and emailed him what I wanted to do so instead of getting started when he showed up he wanted to go over what I wanted done again. He went through and told me he would get back to me with a quote of services. I told him that I had already purchased a deal $360 for 8 hours he walked out with out acknowledgement and I have yet to hear back from him in anyway

In his contract, that we had with Angie's List, it said that he would take all debris away. All he did was complain about the debris to my husband. He left a tub, toilets, etc. in our driveway, he took some of those, but we had to pay someone else to get the rest. One issue with the debris, he took the vast majority of it, but there were two bathtubs (weighing over 500 lbs, they were cast iron) that he said he would be back to pick up. He didn't show up to get them, so we had to pay another company to come haul them away. We paid for all materials, we were supposed to get a credit of $1,250, which he gave us on the second bathroom, but not the first. He should still owe us $1,250 for the other bathroom. My husband ended up doing portions of the work himself that the company told us they would do. He put up towel racks, soap dishes, lighting, etc. He had one guy that came with him, when he walked into the room there was an overpowering smoke smell. It was one thing after another. He never showed up on time, told us the job would be completed within two weeks, but he cancelled several appointments dragging it out to over a month. There are some things here and there that weren't done, or things that had to be corrected by my husband. He was constantly making us promises, but wouldn't follow through or show up. At one point we were considering cancelling the job with him, and when we talked about it with him we explained our reasoning and what we needed to see happen. After that conversation he seemed to buckle down and get more work done. I would say the overall work he did was "okay" at best, but not craftsman workmanship. We requested a written estimate, we only received that in a text. We also requested a final written receipt, which we never received.

The bathroom is totally transformed. Their work is beautifully done and high quality. I purchased the Angie's List big deal and paid extra for additional work. Even so, the price was very reasonable. The old corner shower stall was removed and replaced with a full size shower completely tiled and with an attractive little alcove. The work was done efficiently and Kenny was very responsive to my requests. He and Mike are total work horses and kept going until everything was done. My only complaint is that at some point during the work the water shut-off valve started leaking and he wanted $350 to completely replace it. Still I am very satisfied and would happily use them again.

Kenny did a really good job with a fair price and he get the work done like how i wanted. i would hire Kenny again in the future if i needed to work on my house and i will reccomment Kenny to my family and friends

Kenny and his helper mike have all the right tools for tile plumbing and electrical work. It was a difficult installation with my own premium tile and fixtures. Well done and good price

Kenny and his crew are wonderful.  Kenny has great attention to detail.  He is extremely knowledgeable in his craft.  Gives excellent suggestions and truly a joy to work with. He helped me make decisions regarding materials for the walls and my flooring. He and his team are very personable and responsible individuals.  They never left a mess and actually finished the job a head of time.  The result were beautiful - I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom. Pricing was very reasonable, better than 3 other quotes received for the exact work. I would recommend K & N Remodeling hands down.  And, I would not hesitate to acquire his services again whenever needed. So happy I choose Kenny and his team for the job. 

It was just before Thanksgiving and I started a DIY project in my bathroom that went very wrong. So when I realized I was in over my head with the old paneling and a rotted sink cabinet, I decided to seek help. I was very limited with time, since my family was coming from NC for the holidays. Thank God I found K&N Home Remodeling - Kenny and his team were lifesavers. After seeking several quotes, they were by far the best priced for the job. They came in and in a little more than a week, they had completely remodeled (transformed) my bathroom. Kenny is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He helped me pick colors and the hardware for the bathtub including the ceramic tile. They were always prompt and NEVER left a mess behind. They were extremely pleasant and courteous. They did such a great job with the bathroom, that I even had them paint my kitchen and my breakfast nook which was not in the plan. When my family came to visit, they could not stop raving about how beautiful my bathroom turned out. It went from being the original bathroom from the 50's with laminate floors, plastic wall surround in the tub, and paneling on the wall - to fresh drywall walls, beautiful ceramic in the tub and a wonderful vessel sink cabinet. Everyone, thought I had expanded the bathroom because it even looked bigger. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to use them again. I already have a few projects that I am planning to have them return to do for me.

Khanh do an excellent job on my house. His service was great and i have been reccommented him to alot of my friends and family to remodel there home. I would definitely hire Khanh again in the future for my home remodel

I hired Ken to replace my Windows and I'm glad I did ! He's very professional and did a fabulous job ! The new windows makes my house looks great and I could see the differences in my electric bill compared to my old windows ! Thanks to Kenny and his crews from K&N Home Remodeling <br />
