The flooring was laid to specific dimensions and completed perfectly. New baseboards and edge bindings were exact and beautifully installed. The two installers were friendly and courteous and worked in sync as to not waste time or materials. They came when they said they would and cleaned up the installation site perfectly. And the cost for materials and labor was pleasingly very affordable.

Very prompt. Very efficient. Very careful with your furniture and walls. Great clean up before leaving each day. Polite. Great installation job. They also removed the subfloor and sturdied up the framing. All in 2 days!

This is the second time we have hired Knock on Wood. They installed LVP in our entire home and now we had them install in 2 rental units. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Dan and Sharon go out of their way to serve their customers. Highly recommend.

They laid the floors well, were professional and on time. But they weren't responsive to a service request. I requested a small repair and contacted them three times. I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.

It was amazing. They were on time every day. They had to rip up all the old wood floors. It was a massive job. I had just had my cabinets refinished and I was nervous they would be damaged. They were not damaged at all. The job was not easy. They had glue to remove and yet with all the back breaking work they had the job done and the new floor installed on time. They are a family business and take great pride in their work.

Knock on Wood did a phenomenal job! Not only do my floors look stunning now, but the work from quote to installation was fast and super efficient. The entire process was completed in under a month for me (and that’s even dealing with my home insurance). Sharon and team were also super respectful, kind, and informative at all points in the process and were easy to contact if I had any questions. Wonderfully! They did a very thorough job preparing the floor which was covered with carpeting, hiding the terrible flooring underneath. They replaced the plywood underneath and stabilized the connections. Then they installed the wood flooring. It took a week of solid work of 5 people but the result is magnificent. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job that this company!
