Tim and his son are very personable and knowledgeable. Some of these items were inside and some outside. He explained everything he saw and all the options he could do, letting me make the decisions with no pressure whatsoever. We have used Tim Howe on several plumbing jobs in the past and when a powder room toilet wouldn't flush properly (kept running) we called Tim. We were able to get the appointment scheduled quickly. Tim and Luke were punctual as usual. They donned foot covers and made sure to clean up the area when the job was complete. It is comforting knowing when we have a plumbing issue we can call Tim at Know-Howe. His prices are fair and the quality of the work is always at a high standard.

Excellent experience with Tim and Luke. I had initially started a DIY project to replace a wax ring, but quickly realized I had a cracked flange as well. He promptly replied to my RFQ and gave me a range of estimate based on pictures provided. He was able to come out the next day to further review and discussed the options. Very knowledgeable and creative with the solution provided, and kept me informed as work progressed. Total work took just over an hour and he actually came in at the low end of his estimate. Very pleasant experience and appreciated the transparency of the interaction. Would definitely recommend and will utilize them again!

Went fine. He kept me informed periodically during the service call, telling me what he found and what he planned to do next. When I made the appointment, he suggested a way for me to do some of the diagnosis. This was work he did not have to do, thereby saving me money.

Tim and his son did a great job! We have an old house, so of course there are always unexpected problems. Tim handled them all creatively and with a good attitude. He fixed problems we didn’t know we had for a very fair price. They worked so quickly and efficiently despite the unexpected circumstances. They are both very professional and honest. Plumbing is a dirty job, but they left our bathroom cleaner than they found it!

Great! Not only was Tim professional, but he wore a mask, gloves, and booties the whole time he was in the house, being very cautious about the coronavirus as he did his work. His bill was exactly as quoted over the phone and I would hire again.

Tim was the best plumber I've ever met, you can tell he really takes pride in and loves his job. I had my sump pump go out on a Sunday. I put my Angie's list request in and within 5 min Tim had already called me and we made an appt for the next day. He showed up on time, informed me he'd had to move another appt around as mine was more pressing and charged me less than what I was thinking it was going to be. He replaced my worn out flow valve, cut a new piece of pipe, and installed a new sump pump all in less than an hour. 5 out of 5, would hire again.
