I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them.

Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range.

Great experience overall. From initial meeting with Sales Rep, to job completion, it took only only 3 weeks which is what we were looking for. All team members were upfront about details and answered all our questions and concerns within reasonable time and accuracy. We are very satisfied with the end result and feel we have a new house with quality materials that will last.

Fantastic! I have no complaints. The owner of company, office staff, project managers, and men who did the construction and painting were top notch! They have a great communication system where you can text questions/issues that arise and someone will get back to you very quickly-usually well within an hour. I was very nervous about doing this because of the scope of construction and the timing of it (the Covid19 catastrophe was just ramping up), but it was painless-which is about as good as it gets when it comes to construction! the construction and painting crews were very careful and paid great attention to detail. My neighbors even complimented them on how low key and hard working they were! We have done a lot of construction to various homes over the years, and I would highly recommend Koalaty! We didn't have our gutters replaced, but I put them down for that because they had to remove ours when replacing the siding and they secured them afterwards much better than they were before taking them down!

We had the front and one side wall of our siding replaced, a new back door installed, and the entire house repainted. The quality of our service was excellent from beginning to end. From the initial consultation, I felt like the team was on our side, willing to help us get the best value for our money and make the right decision for our situation. We had a few hiccups, but the team was responsive and solved the problems quickly. The best part was that they volunteered to solve the problems immediately without having to be asked. For example, our internet line was accidentally cut during the demo phase; when I let the team leader know, he immediately told me to call the internet company to have it repaired and that they would cover the cost. All the workers at the house were professional and easy to work with. They were very fast. The siding took about 3 full days, including installing a new back door. The painting took just about a day and a half. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work. We're very happy with the results. The house looks much "younger" now, and my husband is convinced several of the upstairs rooms are warmer because of the new insulation.

They came out for a quote very quickly, that was very good. They said it was a quick job and would get it done within the next three weeks. We received a call a couple weeks later that they would be out the next week sometime. This would have been perfect timing for our closing. I contacted them that Thursday to make sure they were coming. I was told they didn't have me in the schedule and would have to call me back. I specifically told them to call me. They called my husband the following Monday saying they were canceling the contract. I called back again very upset and was not treated like I mattered. They had under bid the contract and tried to back out after cashing my deposit check. Finally I was connected with Star. She was amazing. She got right on my case and got the production manager out immediately and they were able to work out an agreement with me where they wouldn't loose money with minimal increase to me. They coordinated everything and completed to job in a week. It did put off our close date, but luckily the buyer waited.

I thought I only needed a few pieces of siding replaced b/c of rot. Then Cory explained the problems with the old lapboard in a way I could understand. His team did the whole house. Milton is a true craftsman; he and his crew were friendly and approachable. Gabriel's painting was impeccable. All on time. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The project surpassed all my expectations. I will not lie. There were speed bumps in the project just like any home project. They were all very minor and the most important part is that Koalaty was responsive in fixing everything. They were very easy to get a hold of too. Could not be happier with the work performed.

The job went as promised and I was very pleased. I had a small siding repair request and they were very busy but they fit me in within a week. The communication From Corey and his team was excellent. They showed up as promised and completed the siding repair in two days and the painting was done a couple days after that. They followed up to ensure the project was satisfactory and I told him the quality was surprisingly outstanding. I would definitely recommend them!

I needed someone to just replace part of the siding, because I couldn't afford to have the whole house done. Cory Feco came out to discuss the situation with me, and look at the various options I could go with. He was very helpful and informative about the process and the possibilities. I had to wait (about a month, as it turned out) for approval by my HOA, and they were very patient with the whole process. Once we were finally able to get started, it went very well. the siding crews were efficient and professional, as were the painters. I changed my mind about one area, and they were very accommodating, and adjusted the final price. The only glitch was a delay in getting an attic vent that I wanted. It finally came in, and was installed quickly by Manuel, after the rest of the work was done. I particularly want to mention Carlos, Paul and Star for keeping the job going and on track. Poor Star was probably sick of me calling her for one thing or another, but she was always pleasant, and got back to me right away with the answer. All in all, even with the delays, this was a good experience, and I will happily recommend Koalaty Siding to anyone who needs work done. The final result is better than I hoped, and even though the new product is not an exact match for the old, a person would really have to be looking closely to notice. Several neighbors have already commented favorably.

We were very happy with our experience with this company. Our home was impacted by the recent hail storm just as we were getting ready to put it on the market. Koalaty came out within 24 hours of our call, and worked with us to get everything completed in less than 2 weeks. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous, and the house looks even better than we had anticipated. We have had some bad luck with other contractors recently, but our experience with Koalaty could not have been better. We would definitely recommend them not just for siding work, but for other general contract work as well.

From start to finish, a great experience! Due to 19 years of oxidation from harsh CO weather and the massive hail storm in June 2016 we had to replace all our vinyl siding. Cash Stricker was our sales guy and did a great job navigating the insurance process to get an adequate settlement and a fair price for the whole job. Our wait time until the start of the job was a reasonable amount of time, and the crew who did our job worked efficiently and produced a great finished product. We also were pleased with the communication we received from Starr and Paul when it came to scheduling and production.
