Very professional and courteous staff. Technicians arrived in a timely fashion, got to work immediately, offered various options for repairs and completed work as required. Inspections were done and results explained in such a way that anyone could comprehend. An overall five star experience and will definitely use them again for heating/cooling and plumbing needs in the future!!! KK

The two gentlemen that were at my house today were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient. Between the two of them, they removed the faulty equipment, took the debris with them when they left, fabricated the necessary duct work, added a 4" air filter unit, replaced all the parts of the air conditioning system that were faulty and made my air conditioning functional once more. My current furnace and venting system was reviewed with recommendations to improve my current heating system documented and an estimate presented for future work to be done at a later date.

I first used Kobella on a St. Patrick's Day evening on a Friday when my well pump died and we had no water to the house. I had called my regular company and they wouldn't come until the following Monday. I tried 2 others with the same result. Then I tried Kobella and they were at my home within an hour of my call! Since then I have stayed with them for all my furnace, well, and air conditioning needs! They are superb! They are always on time and the technician always explains to me what the issue is and what is required to fix it. And the person who handles the phone calls is so pleasant that it makes me glad I called Kobella!!

A service technician came out on New Year's Eve to pronounce our old furnace dead. He explained our options for a new one and provided little heaters to keep us somewhat comfortable for it was very cold outside. What impressed me the most was he wasn't trying to rush us into a decision so he could enjoy his holiday. He was patient and kind and had a sense of humor which helped make the experience tolerable. The team that did the install was equally professional. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Kobella Heating and Plumbing for any of your HVAC needs. I called them to check on my thermostat but unfortunately the problem was more serious. From the technicians, Rick, Mike, Kyle and Shane to the Salesperson, Jon and including Amanda in the office, every single person was courteous, knowledgable, and very pleasant to work with. They were punctual and contacted us ahead of coming. They provided several estimates and explained everything very clearly. They replaced the heat pump in 1 day, and cleaned up everything. I would gladly use them again.

The natural gas furnace ignitor a burned out. I called at 2 AM in the morning they called me at 7 AM back and already scheduled an appointment. The appointment was moved up and the repair man was here before noon! Remarkable service, helpfulness, responsiveness, and the service provider that came to my house was an absolute gentleman and very knowledgeable. I wish all companies provided the same level of skill and service and professionalism!

On the morning of February 8th, 2021, I awoke to a cold house and instantly panicked. My furnace had stopped working and I went through one horrible senario after another - frozen pipes, ruined interior, etc. The outside temperature was in the single digits, and I assumed the inside temperature would soon match it. I Googled furnace repair and the first name on the list was Kobella's. They had the best rating and found out why. Mike T. and his partner Bobby replaced my furnace and got my heat back with a minimum of disruption to my daily life. Mike showed up at 8:30 am on the 8th, carefully examined the furnace, pronounced it DOA with a detailed explanation as to why, and suggested two different models of new furnaces. He managed to get the old furnace running for one more night and left me four space heaters to protect me and the house in case the furnace failed during the night. The next day Mike and Bobby showed up promptly at 8:30 pm and replaced the furnace, installed new duct work, sealed it, installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it, all in about 5 hours. My house is toasty and I am happy. Thanks Mike and Bobby.

I have used many repair services on my home over the last 40 years and Kobella Plumbing IMO is the best of the best. I had a new water heater installed and two faucet leaks fixed. The cost estimator and install team were excellent. The equipment they chose to install is top notch. All the work met all applicable city and state plumbing codes, a total pro job. The work preformed is a thing of beauty; really well thought out and executed. The cost for such a quality job was very reasonable compared to two other plumbing company bidders for the same work. I highly recommend Kobella Plumbing.

The job involved getting water to one of my bathrooms. The previous pipe had a leak. Kobella Plumbing had to dig a long trench from the source of the water to my basement. It was all done in one day. At the end of the day I had water in the bathroom.

a joke of company . stay away from mike and his company. Caused damage while working. Asked more money while working. OFFERED a bribe of $500 to take a bad review down and in return asking to waive the warranty of the poor job they did. This is why you don’t see bad reviews from them most unhappy people took the $500 . I can’t stress this enough STAY AWAY.
