Established in 2000. The company was first established as a design and build firm on May 2000. Following approximately 10 years of productive work, we left the construction part behind and shifted all of our concentration to the engineering designs. In the past few years, as our company grew, we have invested a lot in learning and educating ourselves to accommodate to this rapid changing industry. We have completed thousands of projects successfully and with high efficiency. We specialize in Civil Engineering: On-site & off-site Civil Engineering. LID (Low Impact Development), Grading plan, Drainage plan, hydrology report, Erosion Control, B-permit, WQMP, street improvement, A-permit, site development design, Sub lot divisions, watershed analysis, retaining walls, Curb & gutter design, utility design, sump pumps, road design, sidewalk design, all earthwork calculations, Construction Documentation and Site Analysis & Selection. The process went better than I had expected. The designer was helpful with creative options that we discussed before we decided on a plan to draft. The process was done in a timely manner with great attention to detail. There were minor revisions that we had to make after we submitted the designs to the city. The design team even helped with the submission process to the city.

Had a wonderful experience working with Kobe. I interviewed multiple structural engineers before determining to go with Kobe. I He helped me determine if the wall between my kitchen and living room was a supporting vs shear wall. After determining it was a shear wall he drew up plans for me. He showed me how to provide the same shear wall support by making another part of the wall stronger. I appreciate his honesty, directness, and the fact that he is very punctual. The qualityof his work was excellent and I will definitely hire him again for any future project.

Kobe was very patient and understanding with all my questions and realizing what my goals for the house are. We wanted to expand our kitchen in our condo and create an open concept living room/kitchen with an island. To do so we had to remove a load bearing wall, we hired By Marciano to draw our plans and engineering. It was convenient to have an architect and engineer as 1 stop shop. Kobe was very professional and pleasant, answering all our questions and concerns, and also gave us some great advice regarding the new layout. He got the plans quickly approved and we are now ready to proceed with the construction part of the project. <br /> Thank you Kobe ! <br />

I was referred to Kobe Marciano, the owner of By Marciano, by a general contractor who came to bid on my job, and is now working on my project using the By Marciano's blue prints. <br /> My experience with Kobe was very good, he is a very nice guy with a lot of patience and from our first meeting he gave me all of his time, listened to my needs and patiently explained what I can and cannot do based on building codes vs what I wanted done. He put us in perspective with a little reality check ;) <br /> Throughout the whole planning stage Kobe provided me with great architectural suggestions and was always a phone call a way for every silly question I had, he took care of the entire permitting process with the building department and had the plans permitted in a very timely manner. At this point in time, about half way into our project, I know for a fact that we hired the right person for my project and I wont let any of my friends/family start a project before meeting Kobe. <br />

It went very well. Kobe met with us several times, always at a time convenient for us, even when it meant late meetings at our house. <br /> Kobe is always very professional and was very efficient drawing plans for us. He gave us several options for the type of roof, exterior staircase, and had many good ideas about layout of the second story. <br /> We had to change plans a few times based on new information and refined thinking, and Kobe always was ready to modify them. <br /> We worked with Kobe over the past 6 years for extensive remodeling of our kitchen and living room as well as additions of a deck. Kobe's experience in construction and project management are first class and allow him to make very good decisions regarding plans as an architect. <br /> We highly recommend By Marciano. We trust Kobe 100% and would not work with anybody else. <br />

My experience working with By Marciano on my project was wonderful! Kobe and his workers are quick and responsive, and the communication with all of them was great all along. I interviewed a few people for the job and ended up hiring By Marciano after finding out that a co-worker of mine had a very good experience with them. My project was to build an addition and to reorder the floor plan for a house of mine. By Marciano designed and engineered it for me. Having done more than a handful of houses in the past I knew this project was not going to be the easiest, Kobe's knowledge and experience was put into the test a few times and proved to be extremly valuable. By taking his recommendations I saved thousands of dollars on construction, and his suggestions for floor plan design turned out to be much more efficient than the concept I had in mind initially. Costwize, from my experience, I feel like By Marciano has a very fair price mark and I know that the value I received exceeded what I paid for their great work. I will definitely be using By Marciano again and intend to do it in the very near future. <br />
