Very responsive.... came within a few hours as furnace was out and it was cold. Had to wait for electric co to run temp line so they did a temp fix on furnace. Came back when electric co here to run temp line, again to find and repair problem underground, and again for the electric co to remove temp line.

Jeff & Robbie were punctual & very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I'll definitely be using Koby Electric for any future electric work I need done.

Koby Electric responded to my inquiry quickly. Dale gave me an on site estimate and even fixed some of the minor work I needed done on the day of the estimate. Three days later, Dale and Joe were on site to perform the more complicated work of new dedicated outlets for refrigerator and microwave. They were professional and fun to work with. They helped me to figure out the best places to add the additional outlets I needed and went above and beyond in my opinion, by adapting on the fly and doing a couple of extra items that weren't in the original estimate.

Smoothly! The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was on time and professional, the same for the actual installer. He was courteous, punctual and did an excellent job. I'd recommend Koby Electric.

Called Koby Electric because my house electric would not stay on when running my furnace.  Kept blowing a breaker in the main breaker box.  Called Koby Electric on Saturday, February 6th and was immediately scheduled for an electrician to come out on Monday, February 8th.  Electrician arrived as scheduled at 8:30 a.m., and immediately began evaluating my issue.  He determined that our main electrical box and wiring going into the box needed replaced.  He quoted me the price above and I advised him that I wanted it done.  Since we were without heat he called his boss to find out if they could get this scheduled ASAP for completion.  He couldn't get ahold of his boss but assured me that he would call me later to advise.  He left my place and 5 minutes later he called me and advised he would return the next day to get my electrical service updated.  On February 9th he showed up at 8:00 a.m. as promised and went to work right away.  About 5.5 hours or so later my electrical service was completely updated and I no longer has issues with breakers tripping.   <br /> Before calling Koby I called one of their competitors, and was told that they could not get someone out to my house until February 16th.  I was without heat and advised them of this and they said "sorry" but we can't help you any sooner.  Let me tell you Koby Electric will be my go to company for any electrical needs in the future.  The electrician was courteous, answered all my questions and was a very hard worker.  GREAT JOB!!!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! <br />

I've used them a couple of different times last year. They always did good work for me. I'm happy with them. They were very timely when they were here. They were easy to communicate. The quality of work was good. I had no complaints. My interaction with them was good. The service techs were all good. There were no issues. They were a little high on price.

Dale, the service tech was outstanding! Arrived on time and very professional. Installed the 2 ceiling fans and went into the attic to install a fan bracket for the one ceiling fan. They also gave a fantastic discount for Angie's List members. <br /> <br />

Once size of correct panel was determined the service work was completed in a professional manner.

Jobs were small, but those are the kind that are often difficult to get done. The electrician, Mr. Heitger, was pleasant and efficient. Yes I would use their services again. <br />

The electrician arrived on time.  We discussed what I wanted done and he gave me an estimate.  I agreed and he did all that was discussed in a timely manner.  The only problem was he thought he might have done something with the phone lines and ask us to check our phones.  All the phones worked except one and it appeared to be because the battery was low so he left.  After letting the phone recharge we found the problem was the phone line and not the battery.  I called Koby and they sent the same man out and he quickly fixed the problem at no charge.   I would use Koby again. <br />

Four men showed up on time and carried out the procedure without any hitches.  They were punctual, courteous, and professional.  One little problem did occur.  Somehow, as they were doing the electrical work, they must have disconnected  the phone line.  So I called Steve, the owner-manager of the company,  the next day and he sent one of his technicians out promptly and he corrected the problem. <br /> <br />

They were outstanding. They stuck to their estimate.
