Disastrously. What work he did was done sloppily and very tardily. He took a deposit on the siding repair work and disappeared. He owes me $2000, and I cannot locate him.

Disastrously. The staining work was more-or-less finished after endless delays and excuses, with mediocre overall quality and very sloppy work. The siding/carpentry job was barely started and never finished. Chris used my credit card to charge some items for his personal use, and walked away with a $2000 deposit that he has failed to return and I am trying to collect.

It went great Chris put in a new pedestal sink, a new pergo floor and took care of some drainage issues for me as well as painted the bathroom. He is an honest contractor and that is hard to come by in this area.

Chris was on time his team was on time they did all the Prep properly they did all the steps that were on the label to make sure the warranty would be granted plus they provided their own warranty which gave me a lot of ease. Due to his professionalism and his workmanship I will be using Chris for any Home Improvement project I need done on any of my properties commercial or residential

Chris is a true.professional.as ishis..crew. His foreman Patrick is very good, justlike Chris and together they make a great team. I reccomend them to.anyone.looking.for.painting (Interior/exterior) or sidewalling. Also they do great deck refinishing. See seperate review for that job. Price and quality cannot be.matched!

Everything went perfect! Mr. Koch was a true professional and made sure my home looked beautiful at the end of the entire project. Mr. Koch already had brought down his price after meeting with me and my husband but still did some pressure washing at no extra cost for me. Mr. Koch and his crew worked hard and the whole project went smoothly. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the efficiency, hard work and ethical qualities Mr. Koch has. He makes sure his crew is polite and courteous and at the same time gets them to work hard and we noticed he is very good to his employees. Koch & Sons Home Improvement gave me a warranty and have called twice in the last week since they left to make sure we are happy. I would recommend anybody that needs work done on their home to use Koch & Sons Home Improvement..

Overall my experience with Koch Construction was excellent. I have noticed that they change their name to Koch and Sons Home Improvement in order to broaden there customer base. I spoke with mr. Koch himself about the name change and that's what he told me that he believes in quality work at a price that a customer can afford and it also be fair for enough payment to his business employees and himself. I would recommend Clutch & Sons Home Improvement formerly known as Koch Construction to anybody on Cape Cod or on the South Shore for any Home Improvement needs I was amazed at the knowledge he had in so many different aspects of Home Building home repair just in general there was nothing he couldn't do he also went above and beyond to do extra and help me with my ceiling tiles and fix my stairs and when it was done I couldn't tell that there was ever any work needed to be done on the house and look like it Blended right in especially the walls where he fix the drywall mixed it in and then Blended the paint he also has a very special skill with people and knows how to deal with people so to everybody on the cape if you want a fair price and the best work for that price call Koch and Sons Home Improvement formally Koch Construction. <br />
