All work was done in a timely and professional manner. They were available for questions, and responded quickly. Work was completed ahead of schedule. They provided architectural and engineering construction documents and worked through the city to pull permits as well.

We needed a quick temporary roof structure and emergency tarp over our house after a fire to help seal up the house from further rain damage. Kodiak's team came in and got it framed and covered over when others couldn't. They were safety minded first and carefully assessed the damage and the work needed and got the house secured.
