Koen Plumbing was very responsible, professional, respectful, honest, and do quality work. They replaced the first plumber I hired for this job as the first plumber was a terrible . The difference between was night and day. Koen plumbing returned calls, showed up on time, did quality work and then followed up. I would highly recommend

The city called and said I had a sewer leak. They checked and thought it was a sprinkler problem. Checked my sprinkler system and then had the neighbor check his. Neighbor will be getting his repaired.

Salvador from Koen, showed up ontime, assessed the situation and recommended steps to talk to insure we knew what the problem was. Once Identified we had them not only fix the problem but change out 4 faucets and a toilet. Was more than I wanted to spend but was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and they had everything completed in a very reasonable amount of time. They are very responsive and do great work.

They were prompt and thorough and went out of their way to accommodate use. Getting the whole job: plumbing, tile work, done by a single contractor is the best way to go.

I needed to replace 2 bath faucets. Called for an appointment, the date and time were set. They arrived on time! Work was completed in about an hour and cleaned up any debris. Will definitely use Koen for all future plumbing needs.

I was able to get a quick appointment with this company.

I called to schedule an appointment and I was told the tech would give an estimate of the cost once they looked at the job. The tech arrived at my home and I was not there but my wife was. She called me and said the tech was not sure what needs to be done and he was going to call me. I waited for the call but I did not receive it therefore after about 20 minutes I called my wife back. My wife then said the tech was finished and he was writing the invoice. The tech did not speak to either of us before he did the work and he never got any authorization or approval from me or my wife. He charged $295 to replace a push fitting on a 3/4 water line and he was outta there.

Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. I now have a lifetime plumber in Dallas and will recommend them on every social platform I use. Hire this company as you can trust them to be honest, reliable and focused on solving your issue cost effectively. Look forward to doing business with Koen Plumbing for years to come.
