Ken and his team were fantastic. Ken was always very responsive to my questions and proactive when he had updates. His install crew was courteous, professional, and clean. They wore masks without being asked. The quality of the work was great. The new windows look so much better than the old ones. I would highly recommend them!

Ken Oliver and his company are fantastic. Ken took care of all the details such as working with my security company and alsl with a security screen company. The winows were ordered, came in on time and his installers Matt, George and Shawn were "johnny on the spot" for the next two days. As they went along everything was cleaned up and no mess left behind. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We met with Ken one evening and he brougth samples of windows for us to chose from. After getting additional quotes from other people, including multiple ones from Ken, we agreed to hire Ken to install 8 new Anlin Brand windows and 2 french doors. He stayed in contact with us while our windows were on order, and scheduled our install when it was convenient for us. He had 3 installers over the course of 2 days that it took to complete the job. The only complaint I have is that we have wood floors, and the workers left some pretty big scratches on the floor. Be careful and have them cover your floors with paper if you are concerned.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
The doors were installed with the exterior side in. After discussion with Ken and the manufacturer, Ii began to suspect that I did not get the doors with Low E glass that I paid for. Sure enough, the tests I ran confirmed that the doors did NOT have low E glass. I spent 5 hours on research and 20 emails/phone calls with the door mfr and distributor to prove to prove to Ken that the doors they installed were not only installed incorrectly but were not what I paid for. Ken never came back out to inspect personally. Ken installed new doors after I proved this, but as a window/door professional, this should not have happened.

"KO Ent Immediately offered to replace doors w/No Questions Asked & No Charge To Homeowner. During reorder process for new doors, the Manufacturer brought to our attention that the doors were properly installed & that the glass did indeed have low-E. At the insistence of homeowner that the glass did not have low-e, the manufacturer contacted him directly to suggest a few "Simple Tests" to confirm low-e presence. Upon completing the tests, the homeowner said that the glass did not have low-E. KO Ent -Supported the Homeowner- & successfully installed replacement doors at no cost to him. I had three people come out to give me estimates. The first two people measured my windows incorrectly. Ken�s attention to detail ensured that I got the exact size windows for my home. He also offers several brands of windows, so that you can find the one that will look the best and fit the best for you. Ken was very courteous and didn�t come across as a car salesman. He explained everything to me while he was measuring my windows so that I knew exactly what to expect. His crew was always on time and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Will get the rest of my windows done by Ken in the future.

What PROFESSIONALS!! Ken, Jorge, and Kyle - THE BEST!! Informative, knowledgeable, and kind. Made the transactions that much easier for me. Ken explained every aspect of the project so well while comprising his bid. He told me honestly and openly about such things as tax credits and how alterations would affect them. His bid was reasonable and the work was done as promised and in a timely and efficient manner. I'm very very pleased.

Ken and his crew were fantastic and so friendly!!!!! They were very efficient and hard workers. The windows turned out beautiful and the molding was top notch. The crew always cleaned up, as they worked. We were amazed. Of all of the jobs we have had completed on our house, Ken's workers were absolutely the best! Not one single complaint. We would highly recommend KO Enterprises.

I met with several contractors that wanted me to take an 1+30 hours to listen to their presentation. When Ken arrived, I was busy. He got to the point, sent me an estimate when he got back to the office. Many of these contractors want you to stop what you were doing to listen to them because they were busy. Ken always recognized that we were the customer and that he was there for us. The quality of the work and the professionalism that his crew demonstrated allowed me to worry about other things. When I had to pay the balance, i didn't even cringe. The estimate was not the rock-bottom cheapest but was competitive. I have no regret

installed 7 interior doors and recommended a painter for the doors. all work was completed on schedule with a highly satisfactory result. We are really pleased with the results of this effort.
