Kokonut Construction L.L.C.

Kokonut Construction did an original job for me w/ excellent results. I rehired the contractor to extend the driveway and patio. It started to rain on the day so I asked if they would cover. The did not cover and the top layer washed away. The came back and added another layer several times and it cracked. They sealed 3 cracks and 2 held the seal. The 3rd continued to crack again. I called and sent text messages to the contractor and have not heard back.

They did an excellent job and have been contracted to do more work for me. The second job did not turn out to my satisfaction. They attempted to fix it several times. I called and sent text messages with no answers. I chatted with John through Angi, and he stated there was no relationship with Kokonut Construction. I will be contacting an attorney.

LT, Stanley and the crew did a good job! They walked me through the process and let me know what to expect. They carried out the plan on time and the driveway looks amazing. It is one thing to say you stand behind your work and another thing to actually dot it. The part of my driveway that ties into the city's portion of my driveway at the front didn't set correctly or tie-in correctly. LT was quick to spot it on his QAQC walk and called it out. He brought it to my attention that he would need to cut out a 4' x 10' section and redo it. I didn't appreciate having to wait to use my driveway but I did appreciate that he wasn't going to leave bad work. I would use Kokonut Construction again and would recommend them to my family and friends. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how nice these guys are...

LT gave me a great price. His crew showed up on time. They spent 3 days to pour my driveway. Over 100 ft long and 10 ft wide. Ist day, 30 min into the job, a small chunk of concrete hit a car in neighbors driveway. LT was right on it letting them know and me know!!! It was my car!!! That was the last problem. Removed the old broken up driveway on Day 1, installed forms, placed a base material, packed it good, and installed rebar at 16 inch centers on day 2. Started pouring at 6:00 am on day 3. Done, finished, and forms removed by the end of the day. Came back to apply water for better curing. Leveled the dirt up to the slab for grass to grow back. Blocked off the driveway to keep anyone from driving on it. My driveway looks fantastic. The wife is happy, I'm happy!!! The neighbors are all envious!!! Great job by Kokonut Construction. I just need to find something else for them to pour!!!!!

Great!!! The team was professional and attentive. The work they did was excellent.

Kokonut Construction did a beautiful job on my sidewalk. I spoke to the owner on Tuesday and on Wednesday morning he was at my house and got started. The crew worked all day and into the evening but still had a little more to do so they came back the next day first thing in the morning. He even did something extra that he didn’t have to do. The owner was very friendly, respectful, and professional. I like that he kept me informed all day of the progress and sent pics so I could see the progress. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them.

We wanted to extend our driveway and so we were looking around for whom we can hire to do this job. One of our friends had a party at her house and she had her back porch concrete redone and I fell in love with how good it looked! I had asked who they used and they told me they used Kokonut Construction LLC. Because of the great work they did on my friend's back porch, my husband and I decided to use them for our driveway extension. As you can see from my picture below, Kokonut Construction LLC, did an AWESOME job on our drive way extension!!! They were reasonably priced and they even got the job done earlier then what we were told which is hard to find now and days! We plan on using Kokonut Construction LLC for our future projects! Our driveway extension was completed on 2/16/23.

I had very good experience with kokonut construction they were professional and very fair priced . I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and will definitely use them again in the near future.

Kokonut construction LLC did a great job and I'm in love with how my driveway extension turned out.

It went great I was very pleased with this company and with the job and the time frame that it was completed inn. they were professional kind respectful friendly. they made me feel like I was family. They answered every question i had and went over and beyond expectation I look forward to hiring them again for the next project that I will have.

Everything went great from the work they put in and the communication. Everyone was very respectful. The time I was given for completion was 5/3/23 spot on. I highly recommend them to anybody that needs and concrete work done.

WOW! I'm crazy over KoKonut Construction. The crew was professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The patio looks fantastic and the job was completed in a 24 hour period. We will be looking to work with them again the future.

I completely agree with Travis, almost the same story. They looked very professional in the beginning, seemed very knowledgeable and very exciting about the work. I made a mistake by giving them 90% of the discussed amount as soon as they poured concrete and then they just disappeared after that. Its been 24 days, made hundreds of calls and sent thousands of messages to them but they just showed up for 30 mins and they informed me that these cracks on concrete is not their fault but the mateiral was not good enough. They sent some other new team members twice for 1 hr in which they tried to fill in the cracks and also pressure washed it but they had no idea what they were doing. Stanley still does not take calls as they were supposed to come back last week and look at the cracks and finalize their work. But it seems like i have paid them much more advance money then they deserved. I have no idea how these guys have such good reviews but what they are doing to me is unacceptable and i would not recommend anyone to hire them in the future. Even if you do plz hold their money till everything is full and final and only pay them after you are satisfied with your concrete Patio. Also attaching pictures of the damage they did while pouring concrete.

TLDR: It started out great, but they left the job unfinished and have stopped responding to me. They were always polite and knowledgeable. Their response times via text were generally within minutes throughout the project (until the end). In the beginning, they arrived when they said they would and did an overall great job. When issues arose, they stepped up and fixed them. They were upfront with the costs. The were proud of their integrity and gave me confidence that they were going to do a great job. As the job progressed, they missed three scheduled appointments without warning. In the end, I got a new patio. I paid in full. The next day, the concrete seal ended up having bubbles. I let them know, and they said they'd come around to fix it two days later. That was a week ago. I have not heard back from them after trying to contact them. There has been no word on whether they will come back and fix this. Hire at your own risk. Unfortunately, I won't be hiring them again.

Everything was excellent from service to the finish project!

They did an outstanding job!!!! On time, cleaned up site as they went, very meticulous in their workmanship, friendly workers, and quick on any communications either via email or text message. LT, the owner, is very honest and does not cut any corners. We will use again for any concrete needs and have no problem recommending them to others. You have found your concrete guys in this company!!!!

Great, they are awesome.

It went perfect! My driveway looks amazing, thanks to this team! Everyone I spoke with was very kind and explained to me the process so I would know what was going on. I would hire them again and again if needed. Have already referred them to friends and family. Thank you again!

Working with KoKnut Construction was very pleasant and professional! I am a single mother of 5 children and they were able to stay within my budget which made working with then even better. I'd hire them again and definitely recommend them for any work. They are very accommodating.

They did an amazing job! I needed a drive way and carport since my home didn’t have a garage. They were sooo quick came and did my concrete work in a day and a half. My backyard is completely transformed because of them! Definitely pleased and will be calling them to do my side walk! I wish I could share my pictures!!

Very fast & efficient. Quality is perfect! Thank you for all your hardwork.

Fantastic! Showed up when they said they were going to show up. Cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day call and went above and beyond to reattach my back fence. That was not part of the job to make sure our dogs couldn't get out while they were doing their work.
