Konstruct Pros LLC

Guesstimate was for ~13 weeks to completion. Now into week 40 with no responce or returned calls/text/emails for 8 weeks!!! Cost already over $200/sq ft, and having to hire another contractor to finish. Very pricey and not fancy. Entry steps have a 'bare' unstained/painted 2x6 rail!! Have discussed with an attorney and will pursue options.

Mike and Tim were very prompt and helpful with planning the work and listening to our thoughts and ideas. They provided timely estimates for the work and helped us trim costs in areas where we needed to and then helped price specific options for changes and tweaks to the scope as the work progressed. We were very pleased with the process and transparency. They do the majority of the work in house and bring on skilled craftsman for specialty trades - but they are always present and manage the work when any subs are working on our residence. This was a major plus for us the confirmed the trust we have with them and their commitment to perform the work as requested.

He was really good. He was profesional. He got it done when he said he would. No complaints.

Mike is a very talented and responsible contractor. I sought estimates from many different contractors and Mike was by far the most courteous and responsive. He made sure he understood my interests, provided feedback, and offered suggestions. The project was completed quickly and on budget. Mike was conscientious about minimizing dust in my home which I appreciated. I will be contacting Mike for future projects. Mike and his team are honest people that you can trust in your home.

Communication was an important key to this remodel and addition which we appreciated very much. These guys were great to work with, knew building, and always at the end of the day left a clean job site.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job on the basement remodel project. The project was to add 2 rooms, 3/4 Bath, laundry and storage closets in the basement. Prior to signing the contract, Mike spent a lot of time to understand the requirements and provided a number of suggestions as well. The quality of his work is excellent and he also ensures that the work done by sub contractors (plumbing, electrical etc) is of high standard as well. He pulled permits from the city and worked with the inspector to ensure that all work was according to city's building code. We are happy with the quality of his work would definitely recommend him for any home remodel project.

Mike is easy to work with, adds his knowledge of the construction trade to the projects with helpful suggestions, sees a project through, and his positive attitude helps on what can be an otherwise stressful living situation for the homeowner. We'd certainly hire again.

Mike and crew were very quick about getting all of the wiring run, lights hung and properly switched. He also hung 2 outside security lights on day/night sensors and separately switched. The work was done in less than a day and I love it! Would hire again for sure.

The project went really well. Mike did a nice job of helping with the design work so we got maximum use out of the large open basement. There were overhead vents and pipes and a central steel supporting beam that had to be worked around. Mike and his crew quickly framed in the bedrooms and then ran all the electrical wire for outlets, ceiling lights etc. Drywall was then hung and finished followed by a drop ceiling. Doors and trim were hung and the whole job went very quickly. Less than two weeks as I recall. The basement bathroom was completely redone at the same time and we were very happy with the outcome. New lighting, vent fan, towel bars, sink and toilet. I would definitely have Mike and Konstruct Pros do another remodel for me!! Very pleasant to work with, respectful, hard-working and on time. Delivered what was promised.

It went well, Mike was able to handle all questions and concerns that I had throughout the course of working with him and his team.

Overall working with Mike was great. I never felt like he was bullshitting me or trying to lead me down a path I didn’t want to go. I made many changes during the course of construction, and he was able to accommodate me when he could, and able to explain why he couldn’t when that was the case. His framing team is top notch, I enjoyed working with them.

We contacted numerous contractors, some with absolutely no response before we found Mike with Konstruct Pros. He was very open to our idea and was sitting in our kitchen the very next day to discuss our project. Mike was very informative and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job. He had submitted a formal bid within a week of our meeting and we already new we were going to hire him just based on his professionalism and personality. We had discussed the idea of a wet bar in our new family room with other contractors who told us lots of ways that it couldn't be done. Mike showed us the one way that it could be done. The Konstruct Pros staff were wonderful people to work with who really seemed to care about our property. The carpet was covered and the site well maintained throughout the entire process. We could not be happier with the completed product, from the framing, right down to the impeccable trim and finish work! We absolutely love our new finished basement (with wet bar) and my wife and I highly recommend Konstruct Pros for any construction project!

Fantastic! Mike, the owner of Konstruct Pros LLC. was very responsive. My husband and I wanted to finish our basement, Mike came out personally and helped my us through the entire design process. He listened to all of out wants and needs and presented us with design that was exactly as we had envisioned. Through out the entire process Mike was easily available and personally invested in the quality of the work being completed. His entire team was respectful of our home and time. We love our new space and would highly recommend Mike and his team with Konstruct Pros for all your home improvement needs.

Great. We would definitely hire Mike again to do future projects for us. It was a great experience which isn't always the case when dealing with construction. He was very patient with all of our questions. Mike is such a nice guy and is very easy to communicate with. He explains everything that he is doing so there are no surprises.
