Kotty Siding did a great job on my parents house a couple of weeks ago, by reinstalling some siding that came off during a rain and wind storm. It work was needed at a high peak on the house, and they did the work professionally. Dale (the owner) was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The quote he provided was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with siding issues.

We were very satisfied with Kotty Windows & Siding repairing our siding that we used them for two other projects: guttering and patio cover. Dale was very helpful and always there supervising his teams. If there were any issues either during the projects or afterwards Dale dealt with them quickly and to our satisfaction. Whenever our next project comes up we will definitely be using Kotty Windows & Siding.

Sloppy work. Workers were messy and unprofessional. They showed up whenever they felt like it. Finished job was as expected, sloppy and poorly installed. Many of the minor issues were fixed prior to payment, but the main problem still remains unfixed despite a huge amount of correspondence with Kotty Siding and Joe Koch, the contractor. Nothing but excuses 9 months after job was completed. See attached image for an idea of how lousy this installation was. The existing wall was perfectly smooth.

Kotty Siding and Windows did an excellent job on our front porch. They installed new vinyl siding on our front porch gable, installed vinyl ceiling over the old one, and wrapped the remaining exposed wood with aluminum. Overall, we were blown away with the results; they made an old porch look brand new. Dale (the owner) is as honest as they get, and kept in constant communication with us during the project. This is how all businesses should be ran!

Everything went pretty good. We had a few hiccups but it didn't bother us because we were not in a hurry. The project started on Oct 16, 2017. It did not really get completed till right before Thanksgiving which was Nov 23, 2017. The installer, Larry was very good and very nice. Dale personally came out to the house AT LEAST once a day if not 2 or 3 times. He really watched and managed our project, which really put us at ease. He is very much a perfectionist and stands behind the products and his work and will not have the project complete until everything is done to the utmost standard. Dale also called and emailed us to keep us up to speed with what was going on. We absolutely love the finished product. Since we were not familiar with what to do, Dale walked us through this step by step, explaining everything in detail. I changed some of my original colors the next day and he was happy to make the changes since he had not ordered any of the product yet. He has been doing this a long time and it shows because he really knows what is going on. Yes, I would definitely recommend Dale, Larry and the entire company to anyone looking to have this type of work done. They were recommended to me by a friend who was also VERY happy with their work. Please realize they are probably not the cheapest, but in the long run, I feel like they were the best bet for our money because I know the job was done right and I do not have to worry about anything falling apart or being sub standard. Since they also do windows, I had an issue with one of my windows (which they did not do) and Dale personally helped me and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. Just another plus for this company.

Dale ordered all the necessary parts and everything was done on the same day, just as promised. Dale Kottmeier is a very honest, punctual person. I had already met the installers during a prior remodeling job and was very happy to see them again. Dale's people are extremely professional perfectionists. The new door is even better than I expected. The screen door is a pleasure to have. Everything was done exactly as explained and was done on time. Look forward to having Dale & company back. You won't regret using Kotty Co.

The work was completed in a timely manner. The gutters were rehung using extra hangers every 12 inches instead of the original 24 inches. There was a strong downpour the day after the work was completed and the rainwater flowed in the downspouts correctly.

We wish we would have used Kotty Siding from the very beginning! Very easy to work with kept us informed every step of the way. Would recommend time and time again. Will definitely call on them again, if needed.

Very happy with both the products and the service. He is friendly, dependable, and on time. Very responsive to any communication for questions etc. His work has been consistent through the years. We had Kotty install whole house siding and soffits in 2002. Had them return again in 2012 and 2016 to install gutter guards. I am never disappointed with his attentiveness to our project.

It went great! Dale kept us apprised the entire time of the time frame of the job and when the workers would be at our house. They were very conscious of the work and the clean up when finished. We felt like the cost for the work was very reasonable. Dale helped us with color choices and provided samples as soon as we asked for them. It was a very nice experience and we love the outcome!

I received 3 different quotes for a new front door, and although the quote from Kotty Siding and Windows was not the cheapest (it was the 2nd cheapest by around $300), I chose Kotty because of the obvious expertise that Dale possesses. My house is nearly 100 years old, and the existing front door and frame were a wreck. The effort and time that Dale put in to explaining his concerns and ideas for my installation made it clear that Dale would do everything he could to make my experience with his company a great success. He also worked with me to find ways that we could shave a little money off the cost of the project. Once I hired Kotty for the job, Dale was in touch regularly to keep me informed of when my door was ordered, when I could expect it to arrive, and when installation could take place. Installation day went smoothly, and my door looks great and opens and closes extremely smoothly. The man that does installations for Kotty has decades of experience, which comes through in his work.

We called Dale to come to the house because we have used him on several occasions. We were interested in a storm door. We set this up with him and it turned out, no one in St. Louis would do the storm door because we have a Gothic arch shaped opening. Dale was able to contact a door company in Detroit. Dale and his employee came out and measured and made a template of the door. Dale proceeded to order the door. We asked for photos before it was shipped. It looked GREAT!! The door was shipped and Dale and the installer came to the house and installed the door. It looks FABULOUS!!! When our friends see the door, they call it "AMAZING".

They were very prompt in getting here and did a marvelous job. They did such a good job at cleaning up, you could not even tell they were here. I even had another contractor comment on what a good job they did. I love my new windows and would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I replace any other windows. <br /> <br /> <br />

We love all of the work Dale Kotty has done for us! Our home has curb appeal now! The crew was very professional and respectful to our property and our 2 dogs. We never heard a curse word like you tend to hear from construction workers. Dale was on site daily checking over the house and progress. The day they finished I was sad that we didn't have anymore work to hire Dale for. If your looking for great product and top notch customer service Kotty siding and windows is the only way to go! <br />

Everything went well. They removed the existing patio and structure (including vines on the old pergola), leveled the area in 1 day. They picked up after themselves and even made accommodations with the gate and fence for my dog which is a big deal for us. The new patio and pergola are just beautiful. Everything is just as promised!

Our downspouts were stolen. We called Dale and told him the problem and he came right out the next day. Asked him for his thoughts and recommendations. He was very precise with everything knowing how I am. Told him to go with the job. He set things up, ordered all of the materials needed and set up an installation date. <br /> <br /> Again I couldn't be more pleased. <br /> <br /> Due to these experiences. I have contacted him for a front storm door and it is being installed next week. We have a Gothic Arch framing. So this is no ordinary easy door. We can't wait to see this installation.

Dale is always very kind, courteous and prompt. Always works with you and he is a joy to deal with. <br /> We met with Dale at our house and explained what we wanted and went over everything regarding the material, color, etc.. When it comes to someone working on our house I am extremely picky. I want things done right and exact. The work was done perfectly and to my complete satisfaction. <br />

Dale came out personally and gave me an estimate. Complete with color samples to help mach existing fascia.   <br /> Excellent service, professional installation, they color matched my fascia to the best of their abilities.  <br /> It has held up well with spring wind and rain storms over the past few weeks. and looks great!  <br /> They went above and beyond to help me get the house repaired and came out on a sunday to do the work to get it done as fast as possible. They even took down some lights that were an eyesore as an extra service while they were up there. I was so pleased that when iIdo my siding replacement  I will be calling Dale back. <br />

Everything went as planned. I had Kotty Window and Siding install windows a few years back and noticed an immediate savings in my energy bills. I was very please with his work that when I needed new gutters, I called him again. Each time he was here with the crew, start to finish and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. <br />
