Heather, an electrician with Kouder Electric, was truly outstanding! She explained what we needed and provided advice to ensure the electrical needs for our new washer/dryer installation were covered. She installed a new 120 outlet and confirmed our 240 outlet was appropriate for our needs. She was competent, knowledgeable and personable. I recommend Kouder Electric and Heather without hesitation. We are very pleased.

Kouder was able to schedule me in, they came out and in a few minutes time determined my electrical issues and got me up and running. Also quoted a 220 addition to the garage. Would definitely recommend! A++++

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Kouder when I first moved in to my new home and needed some lights replaced. He replaced a fan, some outdoor lights and installed a new safety light in the backyard for me. His work quality is excellent! He is very fair in pricing too. By installing my canless lights I actually saved money. He worked with the schedules of my painters as well. I liked their work so much that he has become the electrician for my folks as well. He has been out to their house three times also. I trust him, his work, and am glad to say, " i know a good guy" when my friends ask for an electrician referral .

Dave was initially responsive. But he sent 3 "helpers" to do the work. When checked, it was not done properly. He eventually did the work properly, but it took 5 visits, 3 of which he was late. I am an older woman and believe he tried to take advantage of me.

"My price is $800 including material I had to pull on all the three prong outlets that she install that was done By her maintenance guy I install two prong plugs to meet code standards I also ran two new feeds to the kitchen because those are not grounded as well my guys hooked up the GFI Wrong by mistake which in turn made the tester check correctly simple mistake she calls back I fix it repaired everything sent videos to her maintenance man camera guarantee that she will not fail her inspection when they came out to inspect the house what more does this woman want for me if I calculated all the time that we spent over there I lost $300 on this house this woman was rude from the start and I would never do another job for her I’m kind of kicking myself in the butt for even taking on this job and trying to help her out with a real cheap price I know we had a license electrician‘s not Helper‘s doing the workMaybe if she kept a good clean house we wouldn’t have these issues"

The work was performed satisfactory, however the price quoted was not the price they tried to charge. I should have gotten it in writing. They tried to charge $150 more. We finally settled for $50 more. I would not trust these people to do more work for me.

"Hey [Member Name Removed] the price that I gave you when I saw you I told you to budget between three to $400 if I would’ve known you were gonna blast me with a bad review on this application I would’ve done your job for free I’m not here to satisfy you the materials for your job was $200 it took an hour trying to get to you we were there for an hour and a half so that’s 3 1/2 hours of service time to electricians at 1:25 an hour as you see do the mathI lost on this job you should’ve got a different quote if you did not like my price"

3 hours and install on high ceiling and a room for 2fans and chandelier. I felt it was done well and professionally . He was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I would use him again.

David & his wife finish the job within one hour. They replaced two outlets and the circuit breaker was upgraded to 20 amp, this will keep the breaker on as I mower the lawn. Their price was great.

Great ! Dave was very on everything that needed to be done , him and his helper worked very nicely to go job done . Work was affordable and done very well and left house , garage and such clean ! I would refer them to my family and friends !!

10/10 will definitely use again should I have the need. They scheduled up with me the night before, came out the next morning and resolved the issues that needed to be fixed from my home inspection as well as went over each detail in the report to make sure everything was fixed. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs electric work done quick and efficiently.

Like clockwork! I provided the fan and wall switch and they did everything else. They arrived on time; preformed the work quickly; were neat and cleaned up after themselves. The fan and switch look like they have always been there. I am VERY happy!
