For the most part job was just OK. There are at least a dozen discrepancies not addressed after 6 days from notification and photos sent to Peter. This was the first time I have used Angi searching for contractors, not pleased with the entire experience.

Assembled our Pergola quickly and correctly. Nice guys who worked hard. I would hire Pete again.

KPS Contracting did an outstanding job on my cement patio and vinyl fence. They worked with ease with strict HOA requirements and the peculiar way my backyard is positioned. They are quick, clean, professional and affordable. The project was even completed earlier than expected. I highly recommend!

My husband and I hired KPS Contracting to build a 12X12 deck in our backyard. Peter and his crew were great to work with throughout the whole process. Peter got the building permit and got our deck inspected twice in a timely manner. The crew did a beautiful job building the deck and installing our hot tub. They were reliable, professional and highly skilled. In addition, the inspector was impressed with the work that was done. Peter,our contractor, didn't amazing job enlarging our porch deck. He patiently re-drew the plans so our HOA would approve them. His workcrew arrived on time and worked diligently to finish the deck in one week, even with the county inspector coming 3 times to approve the work. The concrete work was poured that Saturday with an amazing hose that took the concrete right to the site. NO messy wheelbarrows! The weather caused a slight delay in the painting and staining of the concrete We are absolutely pleased with KPS Contracting and Peter Scott.

It all started with a simple fence project that was completed in just two days. After seeing the quality of their work, we hired Dez Company again for a patio and later a porch. The craftsmanship they produce is truly impressive. Their customer service matched the quality of their work. They clearly explained pricing, timelines, and expectations while making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Communication was honest and consistent throughout the process. Scott Peters and Desmond Mattocks completed the fence and patio quickly and efficiently, and their speed and precision really stood out. For the final project, Desmond handled everything himself from the measurements to construction with no wasted effort. Our porch was completed in less than half a day, which completely exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dez Company for their outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency.

Mr Hank was very professional he was able to assemble the gazebo with in 5 hours unfortunately he could only bolt the gazebo down half way due to something under the concrete of the patio but he made sure that every thing was secured I am very pleased with the way the gazebo turned out I also was told it would take 2 people but it only toke one guy just future reference and pricing

We have a large deck and walkway that was aging badly. Peter and crew had to tear up the old deck and walkway, and then replace it..The job took ten days from start to finish. We were so pleased, we hired the team to put a new deck on our daughter's house next door. Peter was professional, honest, and very easy to work with. He knows his craft well.

I must say I was very impressed with KPS Contracting. Their services were professional, and most importantly they were experienced. They arrived on time, they listened to what I needed, which help made the process go smoother. They executed my project and I will hire them again if I need another job done. Absolutely enjoyed working with Pete at KPS! I've been wanting a floating deck and called Pete, he came out the next day to get a look at my backyard and later provided me with multiple quotes of different sized decks. I was informed about every step and given exact time lines on when the materials will arrive and when construction will start. I'm very happy with my deck and the service i received from KPS. I can't go outside now without my neighbors asking about my deck!

Peter was very nice when he came for initial measurements. We walked through next steps and within the week, my wall was done. Dez came to complete the job and was also super nice & thorough. Very mannerable gentleman & I greatly appreciate their help!

Peter was absolutely great. He was patient in listening and provided useful suggestions. He accommodates reasonable request. Budget wise quality wise the best you can get. Their crew is great. They are best I would definitely hire them again.

Great kPS contracting was very professional the work from the start tearing down existing deck and removing the debris was great.Starting the new deck was way above expectations these guys was great I'm still getting compliments about the deck very professional the work spoke for itself they finish in a timely manner any questions I had they answered it with no problem I will refer these guys to anyone his price was great compare to other quotes and the work was worth more if I could add picture u wouldn't believe these 2 guy's did this we talk as they work laugh as if I knew them forever Flatbush I call one of the crew excellent worker all about business they work hard but got the job done I wish it was a spot to put up pictures .Great Job KPS contracting.
