Doug and his team are awesome. When we were selling our home in 2018 we wanted to take our Nest with us to the new house. My husband swapped the thermostat and ended up frying something in the AC. Doug was our hero that day, we had the inspector at the house and they found the unit was not working. Doug was able to come out same day to make the repair and get the AC back in working order. We also had a new unit installed on our new home. It was an easy process and communication was spot on. Thank you!
