Kraycar Tile & Bathroom Remodeling

Kenny responded quickly to my phone call and came shortly after to meet with use to give us a quote for the work. Kenny gave us a fair price for the extensive project. Kenny made great suggestions and ideas for the bathroom remodel. We are very happy with the finished bathroom and would highly recommend Kenny to others and would have him do other projects again.

Ken did a complete bathroom remodel for us from the floor to the ceiling. He was always on time and the whole remodel was finished on time. The work was great and weeks after he finished, we wanted the water temperature adjusted and Ken responded quickly . Ken is a easy person to deal with and he does not over charge or adjust his estimated cost higher after he starts the remodel.

This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. The remodel took a little longer than we expected, but in the end we are satisfied with Kenny's work and would hire him again.

Overall went well. Kenny was great to work with. I relied mainly on email communications. That was fine and easy but sometimes it's best to talk by phone or in person so everyone's on the same page.

Kenny gutted our large master bathroom in less than one day by himself. He rearranged the plumbing to move the toilet and the shower and moved the plumbing for the new double sink vanity. Kenny did an awesome job and we are super happy with our new bathroom that was finished in a little over 3 weeks. Our family and friends were amazed at how hard he worked and how quickly he was able to finish all by himself. There were 2 or 3 minor hiccups- but that is to be expected with a job this large. Kenny fixed everything right away and even went out of his way to rewire the light/fan/heater when I changed my mind about wanting an overhead night light. We would hire Kenny again.

Great. I was looking for a retro look and Kenny worked with me to get the desired result. I needed to secure most of the materials (tile, sink, bathtub) but this allowed me to pick items I preferred and probably saved money. Kenny got back to me when I had any questions about what to buy and was very easy to work with.

Fired him tile installed poorly big gaps, cracked and chiped, toilet installed wrong and leaking, shower faucet installed wrong, all fixtures mounted through tile with drywall screws and not holding.didnt show up half the time.refused to give me pa registration number. Attorney general does not have him in system as being certified in pa

Kenny did a wonderful job. He came right out and gave us an accurate and reasonable bid for the job. He showed up on time, finished on time, and on budget. We will be hiring Kenny again for future projects. He does excellent work.

From start to finish, Kenny was a complete professional. He called as soon as I submitted a request for an estimate. He came out and gave me a detailed estimate. He had other projects going on, so he couldn't start right away, but told me when he would start and he was accurate with the date. The project took two days. He was prompt, accommodating, and friendly. He was great with our dogs as well. He left the house cleaner than he found it and the price was exactly the price quoted in his estimate. We are very happy with our new tile floor and plan on using Kenny again in the future!

Exceptionally well. The man is a tradesman who knows his trade well. He was very professional and easy to work with. He learned his trade the old way, through apprenticeship. Nothing was too big a problem or too much trouble. He kept the job clean and worked well with me as the homeowner. It turns out that he is really a nice guy who goes the extra mile to please his customers. I would recommend him unconditionally to anyone. I know of what I speak as I was once a contractor and a Building Official.

Master bath was done in Oct 2015. Kenny did a nice job. There were one or two post job items that needed correcting which he did. The main bath is the problem. Kenny did the work in June 2016. He thought he had a soap dish we could use but it was the wrong color. He put it up temporarily and ordered us the right one which he'd replace when it was in. Meanwhile, major crumbling of the floor tile grout started shortly after he was done. I've called, texted and emailed repeatedly with no response except for 1 message from "Kelly" saying he'd call to come back mid-September. It's October 7th and no response despite my many additional attempts. There is no excuse to blow off a prior customer after saying you'd correct the problem especially after we did all we could to be helpful and accommodating (constant supply of Gatorade and munchies for one example).

Installation was done neatly, professionally and well beyond my satisfaction. I will definitely have him back to take care of my second bathroom and kitchen floor. <br />

From the beginning to the end of the project Kenny Kraycar was a complete professional.  Not only did he do exactly what he said he would do when he would do it, he did it under budget!  His estimate was well under the other contractors I had quote the job.  He was kind and professional.  He was always accessible when I had questions and he always kept me up to date with how the project progressed.  There has not been a person who has seen the bathroom who has not loved it and asked us who did the work.  I am always glad to recommend him to everyone I know. <br />

Kenny does an expert job.  He is considerate, clear, conscientious and trustworthy.
