"First and foremost, the hole was caused by the existing wood floor that broke while adding structural supports that you were not charged for. You terminated the repairs because we had an emergency but would be there the next morning. When you terminated the repairs, you were notified of our arrival that morning. You wrote a damaging review due to faulty material that was in your attic in the beginning, as of which we repaired, and you still treat us like bad people. Thank you for your support."
