"Apologies for the inconvenience, tech has being out of the country for a family emergency. you requested a service because your refrigerator was hot in the refrigerator side and that issue was completely fixed, then you also requested a service because the drain line in the freezer side was clogged, that is a complete different issue and we where not able to help you with that since again Kris is not working right now until the end of the month but please, your initial request was all solved"
"Thank you for leaving your review and I?m sorry we couldn?t understand each other. Your refrigerator was provided with a new control electronic board and tech explained to you as there was bugs in that part of the fridge the warranty will not cover the control electronic until you had a pest control technician in the house, you decided to proceed with repair and after couple of weeks fridge broke again because you still had bugs, we decided to install a new control electronic for free"
