He only performed a partial repair leaving me with a situation I have to call another company. He will not come back even after offering more pay.

"Apologies for the inconvenience, tech has being out of the country for a family emergency. you requested a service because your refrigerator was hot in the refrigerator side and that issue was completely fixed, then you also requested a service because the drain line in the freezer side was clogged, that is a complete different issue and we where not able to help you with that since again Kris is not working right now until the end of the month but please, your initial request was all solved"

I hired Kris Appliances Repair LLC to repair my refrigerator. The technician came out and said the problem was fixed, but the same issue came back about three weeks later. He returned under warranty and told me it was completely repaired. Unfortunately, only two weeks later the refrigerator stopped working again. I?ve called and texted several times, but he hasn?t responded or followed up. I gave multiple opportunities for this to be resolved, but the problem remains. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

"Thank you for leaving your review and I?m sorry we couldn?t understand each other. Your refrigerator was provided with a new control electronic board and tech explained to you as there was bugs in that part of the fridge the warranty will not cover the control electronic until you had a pest control technician in the house, you decided to proceed with repair and after couple of weeks fridge broke again because you still had bugs, we decided to install a new control electronic for free"

On 09/12/2024 Kris from Kris Appliance Repair came to our house to repair our Maytag dryer. It would make a lot of noise after running for about 15 minutes. He gave us a quote of $260.00. He came back on 09/16 and worked on it. When he was done he ran the dryer for a few minutes and it was quiet. We paid him in cash and he gave us a receipt. That same day we used the dryer, and after about 10 minutes it started making noise again. On 9/18 I texted him to please call me. He texted me right back asking me for my name. I texted my name to him and he texted me that he was at the dentist, and could I text him in a couple of hours. I texted him 2 hours later to call me. No response. On 9/19 I texted him to please call me. No response. 3 hours later I texted him again asking him why he was not calling me. Again no response. On 9/20 I called him and used some unsavory words out of frustration. Please help me get my money back. Thank You. [Consumer Name Removed]
