The deep cleaning took more time (and dollars) than estimated, but the cleaning and attention to detail was great. The routine cleanings are going well at estimate or less time but maintaining fabulous quality in cleaning and the use of products.

Purchased 3 hour cleaning, called number to schedule, waited couple days called again, was told by Kristen she no longer wanted to honor this deal. Explained it was already purchased she said I would have to get reimbursement from Angie's list. She said she had contacted Angie's list and wanted more money for services, offered to pay difference of $15.00 (save me some trouble) she said she would not do it???? t

That worked out very, very well and I would highly recommend her. The cost was exactly what the coupon was for. She did a very good job and she did it in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints. The price was reasonable.

The first time Kristen came with a helper and arrived on time but was rushed to get out. The work promised was barely performed and when I contacted her regarding my disappointment, she offered to come back with no charge. On her second visit, what she did clean was well done, but again not able to complete what was promised. The shower doors were taken off the tracks and she was unable to return them to working order. I had to have them repaired. <br />
