Mixed quality, depending on who was with him. The last job went poorly so I would not hire him again.

Purchased a coupon for 4 hours of painting. The owner came by to look at the project and it quickly became clear to me, that they had no intention of honoring their commitment. He tried to convince me that more time was needed to paint a small room. To make matters worse he gave a vague timeline on when the work could be done. That was the last time I was able to make contact. I had paid money for work that was never done. I tried to contact them several times and received no response. I had to contact Angie's List for assistance in resolving the issue. I would not recommend using this provider.

Well, fast and efficient.

We paid $199 for an Angie's List deal on march 21, 2017. Services never performed. Can't get a hold of him. He's ignoring our calls and emails and won't call us back. When we purchased angles list deal, we asked for crown molding to be installed on high ceilings. Bob said that's out of scope of his work, but kindly left a voicemail saying we could pick another task and he'd honor the deal and do the work. So i quickly came up with some touch up jobs around the house and requested that be the job. I kept trying to schedule. Again and again, he kept saying he's tied up with jobs and scheduling months out. For about a YEAR I tried to schedule job to no avail! So naturally I asked for a refund. He agreed. But said he'd only refund $129, since thats the fee he rec'd from angles list. We are not okay spending $70 for services never performed, due to his scheduling issues. He said it would come from Angie's List. I talked with an Angie's List customer service, who advised that, since it's expired, a return for services not performed would come directly from him. It's expired because he couldn't schedule the work. So at that point I requested to continue attempting scheduling the work. That was in April 2018. It's now October and he is ignoring our calls and emails. We just want our $199 back. We have worked with SUCH awesome people from Angles List who have come into our home, with our families, and helped fix things up. I've passed along so many nice companies and names to friends and neighbors... to keep things positive and turning and helping each other out, being kind and good. I've never left a negative review on Angles List, and would never have considered it, but we are not sure what else to do.... I hope he replies here and refunds us the $199.

Once we were able to get a start date things went well.

Bob and his wife did an excellent job painting the exterior of our three seasons room. When it was getting cold and dark, they stayed late to make sure the job was completed.

Service was great. They did a ton of wall repair work before the painting. Much appreciated. Lets us know each step of the way what they were doing, how it affected outcome and gave us options. Looking forward to additional work in the spring.

We hired for a painter for the day. The Team was able to get a great quantity of work done. They were they the full amount of time and did a great job. We will be using them again in the spring for some outside work as well.

The ceilings look amazing! It makes a big difference in the appearance of the rooms. The 2-person crew were on-time, covered all surfaces, and work quickly and efficiently ensuring the job was completed. I highly recommend them!

Had to come 3 different days to let the primer and paint dry. Had to cover nicotine stains. Covered all furniture and taped as needed. Cleaned up everything each day. He and his wife were both very meticulous and did a great job with different adjoining wall colors. Would suggest asking for approx. # of hours needed for project.

Great Job! Bob and Kim removed wallpaper, cleaned, sanded and prepped the walls and painted the bathroom. Love the new and refreshed look! Everything was done to perfection and as usual, Bob and Kim go above and beyond expectations. I have found the crew I will always call.

After I purchased the Angie's list deal, they scheduled my job 6 weeks out. Not convenient, but it was a good price for 8 hours of work. They said I'd have 2 painters come for 4 hours, but I got 1 painter and his wife, who did not paint. The work that I needed done was done in 4 hours. If two people were painting I could have got my patio roof painted, and that was a nice to have, but not critical. I was satisfied with the quality of the work, and since it was high up, I gave the B rating. Krokey knew ahead of time that the job would be on ladders, and still brought one ladder for 1 painter. Otherwise the painters were courteous and professional.

All went according to plan. Krokey Home Services was responsive and reasonably priced. They showed up and installed the floor when other companies gave us the runaround.

Excellent! Bob and Kim were meticulous in the quality of their work. Work was completed in timely manner. I am extremely pleased with their work and already have scheduled them for further painting jobs.

It went well

The handyman showed up with his wife or girlfriend who basically just held his tools and the ladder for him which meant that he could reduce the 8 hrs to 4 hrs. He repaired a storm door, replaced a lamp post head, and patched a hole in my garage ceiling. (There was an add'l hole in the garage ceiling that he opted out of fixing for some reason.) The work itself was fine, but there wasn't enough of it. His attitude could have been better also. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I would appreciate a call from an Angie's list rep. Thanks.

Went well, no complaints

Bob brought another person to cut the time and work. Everything was fixed, except removing and replacing the old leaky shower faucet. Bob left my house clean, was very professional and did quality work.
