Every time I have ever called on Krown to come do something for me, I get prompt service. The owner is so nice and friendly to talk to. I have had Krown as my irrigation company for years, and I have not been disappointed yet. My husband has always been in charge of programming the irrigation system. Now that I've taken over that duty, I've called Britt to come help me adjust whatever I need adjusted. She, or one of her helpers, runs by and helps me. They make you feel like you are family, and they are happy to help.

Krown Outdoor really understands customer service! Britt has been great to work with; we had to delay the install and once I called she worked with us to accommodate our needs. This is the second time I have used Krown and each time has gotten better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and efficient process for their irrigation project.

I called and actually got a live person on the phone. Their representative showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and did not appear to attempt to oversell, but helped me get just what I needed. Therefore once I needed general maintenance on my sprinkler system later in the year, this was the only company I called. Once again they delivered fast, reliable service without the salesman pitch, which ironically made me purchase a larger package than I would otherwise have. I highly recommend them!

It was fine. They were very conscientious. They came out, realize and recognize that the problem may increase the water bill. They came out early, they fixed my issue on that day, and they came back to do some other work to be done on my sprinkler system.

Extremely professional. Very responsive to my initial inquiry. Showed up on time to go over the scope of work and provide an estimate the next day. Because they had a cancellation on their schedule, my installation and repairs were completed the following day. I would recommend them to others and use them again myself.
