We had a roof leak dripping from a window casement. I contacted Mike through Angie's List on a Sunday morning. Not only was he here within the hour and fixed the leak-he wouldn't accept payment for his services. He was probably here 20 minutes. He discovered a spot where a tree branch had punctured the roofing. That kind of service today is hard to come by, to say the least. I will hire and recommend Mike and Krown Roofing to ALL of my friends. Thank you Mike! A+++++

Degree of professionalism, demonstrated by both employees performing the work, FAR exceeded my expectations. Any sheeting that showed any signs of deterioration were replaced. All roof vents were replaced with a more efficient Cobra SnowCountry ridge vent system. Cleanup was spotless. I couldn't be happier with the work performed, high quality materials used, and the cost. I highly recommend Krown Roofing.

Mike is a terrific and honest guy. He could have sell me a BS maintenance and pocket a few hundreds but instead gave me his honest opinion and asked me not to spend money on the roof. He is the only contractor I'm gonna call for my next job.

Mike responded to my call quickly and we met the next morning. He was on time and professional. I had been ripped off by another contractor a year ago and was nervous. With Krown you pay after the job is completed. The crew was great. They we're respectful and cleaned up everything. My new roof and gutters look great. I would hire Krown again and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was excellent. I am a very picky customer and have owned several homes over the years and have had 3 roofs done and this was the best job I have ever had done on my home. Mike, the owner, is a perfectionist like me and never made me feel bad throughout the process. I have already recommended them to other people. My house looks beautiful!

From the initial contact, Mike was responsive, professional, prompt and reliable. His bid was very competitive and he explained in thorough but understandable terms what they would do and how. The materials and crew arrived as scheduled and the job was completed in two days. They cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the property as they found it, and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend Krown Builders for a roof replacement, or any type of roofing work.

<p>Amazing customer service. My call was returned promptly, Mike turned up when he said he would, he took 45 minutes to repair the leak and then wouldn't take any payment because it was 'just a small leak'. I can't praise him enough and will use him again when we replace the roof, without question.</p>

Everything turned out great! We are very pleased with the job and we highly recommend Krown Builders. Mike had one of the most competitive bids (we had 7 bids to choose from) and was very flexible about payment. Mike is very professional and delivered on everything he promised. He explained every aspect of the job and make the hole process stress free for us. The job was completed in 2 days as scheduled and they cleaned up after themselves every day. We are very happy with the new roof and we know we made the right decision going with this crew. <br />

Mike called me back within an hour. I had a small roof leak in a bathroom at the vent ceiling. I wasn't sure if the roof needed repairing or not. Mike came out & caulked the ventilation pipe to the bathroom vent. Problem solved. He mentioned if it still leaked, then he would come back out & look at the shingles around the vent & fix those. <br /> I found him to be very professional & easy to work with. He solved a problem that I thought would be more complex. I will use Krown again when it comes time to re-roof, in a few years. <br /> Thanks Mike! :) <br />

Everything turned out well. They were very professional and cordial, provided lots of helpful information about my options, and did a great job with the repairs. Furthermore, they were very flexible about payment and scheduling, they cleaned up after themselves, and they had one of the more competitive bids.

It was great. It was a really good service, good interaction. Nothing negative at all. It was a good product, they were here quickly. Just all in all it was great. We had below freezing temperatures and they were here working every day and they cleaned up great. They totally cleaned up every little nail. They did a great job.
