Everyone we dealt with was responsive, reliable, and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. They use quality materials and do the work right. We were a little put off by their hard sell tactics. If they hadn't come so highly recommended by a trusted source we probably would have gone with a different company. However, we are glad we hired them. They did a great job and we expect the roof to last for years.

Went well. I could not be there but, they arrived timely, finished quickly and sent photos so I could see it.

Our experience with Krumwiede was awesome. Very knowledgeable about their products, communication about home visits was great, quality of their work is great, price was fair, they cleaned up after they left the job site, lifetime warranty can't be beat, and everybody was really friendly. Will be working with them again in the future.

Product appeared to be well installed. ?Leak developed in 1/2016 . ?Mark from Krumweide?did an inspection and said it was due to a crack in the furnace BVent. ? Home owner later went on the roof and saw that the target patch around the BVent boot was bubbled and that there was a gap at the edge of the target patch and the top sheet. ?Neither situation was reported to the home owner?by Mark after his inspection.? Home owner contacted Mark again and questioned him on the bubbling and the gap. ?Mark blamed it on the crack in the bvent as well?refusing to cover the repair under the existing 10 year guarantee and quoted a minimum service call of over $450 ?time and materials to correct the defect.? Home owner contacted Euclid Roofing, who came and removed the defective target patch and put down a new one for $130. Home owner has kept all Email correspondence and photographs of both the bubbled target patch and gap as well as pictures of the cap sheet when Euclid removed the defective target patch. ?There was no evidence of water damage to the cap sheet ?under the defective target patch. ? The original reported leak was due to a gap in the silicon seal between the Bvent and the boot. ? Krumweide's guarantee is not to be relied upon. ?They do not stand behind their work. ? Buyer beware ?

The workers showed up on time ans did an excellent job. We had a few minor problems but Jim was very cooperative and resolved all our problems. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman who happens to be the manager was very professional. They did help with the insurance company becuase I was having issues with reroofing the entire roof. Their crew is very professional and they did a very clean job. Nothing was broken. They cleaned up. The gentleman is very interested in finding out that we were satisfied. I would recomend him to anyone. Nothing better than a satisfied customer! <br /> <br /> Update:  My husband went up on the roof and saw somethings that were not completed.  I have called the company several times to try and get them fixed. They stated they will send one of the workers and no one has showed up to complete the work.
